“Poetry”，the glorious beginning in Chinese literature, and also that of our country's realistic literature, which takes the lyric poetry as a mainstream, utilizing the artistic means of Fu，Bi and Xing， has a very high artistic achievement, it has had a profound influence to the later Chinese literature. “Ospreys cooing”, the rare literary curiosity, is the representative work in the “Poetry”. So many translators spare no effort to put them into foreign langguages, promoting it to the world. Mr. Xu Yuanchong and Mr. Waley are two most outstanding translators of “Poetry”. Analyzing their work will surely do great benefit to understanding the masterpiece, realizing the hidden meaning,and summarizing the experience and method in translation
