在周作人的文学理论体系中,“言志”与“载道”是一对核心概念。而且,对“载道文学”的批评是周作人20世纪30年代“言志文学观”的一项重要内容。该文分三部分展开论述:其一,对载道文学所维护的专制思想进行批判。质而言之,载道文学实际上就是为文化专制主义张目。其二,对载道文学所蕴含的“政治作用”的批评。过分相信和夸大“文字有灵”以及对于政治有大作用是载道文学的弊病。其三,反对模拟。周作人认为,封建专制是模拟之风久盛不衰的根源,其结果便是“无定见”。 |

In the symstem of Zhou Zuoren’s literary theories,he presented a couple of essential concepts, “Literature Carrying Tao” and “Poetry Expressing One’s Will”.The criticism of “Tao-carrying literature” is as the focus of Zhou’s theory “Poetry Expressing One’s Will” in the 1930s.The paper has three parts.The first is Zhou’s criticism to tyrannical thoughts protected by “Tao-carrying Literature”,namely,“Tao-carrying Literature” actually is protector of literary despotism.Secondly,it is Zhou’s criticism to political functions embodied in “Tao-carrying Literature”.Much Believing and over-exaggerating “literature has its soul” and its great effect on politics are the defects of “Tao-carrying Literature”.The third is to go against imitating.Zhou’s view is feudal tyranny is the origin of prosperous fashion of imitation,which results in bottomed-down minds. |
