| Prevailing issues existent in the current residence land sy stem in rural areas, w hich has been a leg acy of the previous
planned eco nomy , are summed up , and objectives are proposed on the reform of rural residence land.A viable solution should be :the
State taking the ownership ;rural households enjoying the absolute rights of usage and rig ht of transfer ;title transfer based on payment
basis;demand and supply modulated by mar ket mechanism ;integ rating residence land markets between rural and urban areas,
etc .Further analysis is provided on the feasibilities and advantages of this proposed solution . |
