| 中国特色社会主义新时代是共享时代。乡村振兴战略作为完成农民群众过上美好生活的历史任务和解决农村发展不平衡不充分的时代问题的发展战略，是新时代实现社会主义共享的政治安排和战略行动。新时代乡村振兴战略实施，在基本逻辑上以历史延续性、中国现代性、人民主体性的共享发展为历史基点；在行动向度上以“主体、产业、环境、家园”四位一体的共享建设为核心要点；在推进策略上以发展政策、权责关系、服务机制、家园文化的共享治理为实施路径。通过全民共建、全域共治和全面共享推动乡村振兴战略落地生根、开花结果。 |

| The new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an age of sharing. The strategy of rural vitalization, as a historical mission of making farmers live a better life and a development strategy of addressing the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development in rural area, is a political arrangement and strategic initiatives to realize socialist sharing in the new era. The implementation of the strategy of rural vitalization in new era has three aspects of meaning from the perspective of sharing. In the logical dimension, it regards the shared development of historical continuity, china’s modernity and the people’s subjectivity as historical basis points. In the action, the shared construction on four as one of the “subject-industry environment home” is its core point. In advancing strategy, development policy, the relationship between power and responsibility, mechanism of service and interests, culture home are four implementing paths on the shared governance. It is only through doing together, governing all aspects and comprehensive sharing, can the rural revitalization be truly achieved. |
