| 绿色供应链管理是指从产品寿命角度对整个供应链进行生态设计,通过链中各企业内部部门和各企业之间的紧密合作,使整条供应链在环境管理方面协调统一,以较高的资源效率来实现整个供应链的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益优化的现代企业管理模式。目前绿色供应链理论还不够系统,尚处在形成阶段,可以划分绿色制造、绿色采购、绿色物流、绿色营销四个研究领域。环境法规完善、政府的环境监督职能强化、培养消费者环境意识、企业信息技术与环保技术的提高是我国企业实行绿色供应链管理的必备条件。 |

| Green supply chain management (GSCM) is a modern management model which designs supply chain in ecological method from the view point of product life cycle. In order to optimize the economic performance, environmental and social benefit with high resource efficiency, green supply chain needs close cooperation between sections inside the company and the enterprises, thus integrating environmental management into the supply chain management harmoniously. The theory of green supply chain management is still not systematic but progressive.GSCM can be divided into four research fields: green manufacturing, green purchasing, green logistics, green marketing. Perfecting the environmental law, strengthening the supervising ability of government, cultivating the environmental habit of consumers, advancing the information and environmental protection technology of enterprises will be needed in carrying out GSCM in our country. |
