| 农业剩余劳动力过多是我国经济发展所必须面对的一个难题。现代化和工业化要求剩余的劳动力必须从传统农业转移出去 ,否则 ,二元制经济结构无法根本改变。刘—费—拉模型和托达罗模型是发展中国家在转移农业剩余劳动力时可供选择的模型 ,我国在发展的过程中 ,也面临着在这两个模型中进行选择的问题 ,根据我国农业剩余劳动力过多的现实国情并综合其它因素 ,单纯选择刘—费—拉模型和托达罗模型中的一个而否定另一个是不合适的 ,应根据现实国情 ,对两个模型综合借鉴。 |

| Economic development in China is experiencing the problem of surplus agricultural laborers.Modernization and industrialization require that the surplus laborers in traclitional agriculture be transferred out, otherwise, the dual economy will not be changed at all. Lowis Fei Ranis Model and Tocaro Model can be selected when transferring the surplus agricultural laborers in developing countries. China faces the same problem to select the models. According to the national conditions that our agricultural surplus laborers are excessive and some other factors, it is improper to select one model and to deny the other. We should combine the two models in accordance with our actural conditions.\; |
