| 摘 要： | 医学英语教学是医学院校英语教学中的一个重要组成部分,但目前的医学英语人才培养体系离社会需求还有一定差距,也不能完全满足学生的就业需求。文章希望通过调研医疗卫生人才培养中的英语教学现况并进行分析,找出其中的问题所在,以期提出可行的改革策略,切实提高医学英语的课堂教学质量及医疗卫生人才的英语实际应用能力。

| Abstract: | Medical English teaching is an important component of the English teaching in medical colleges and universities,while its current personnel training system drifts away from the social needs and cannot fully satisfy the students’ demand for employment.Based on the survey of the English teaching for medical personnel,the article identified and analyzed the current situation and existing problems,aiming to put forward some feasible reform strategies,promoting the quality of medical English teaching in our university,as well as the English proficiency in practical application of the medical personnel. |
