| 摘 要： | 互联网经济组织的运行机制较为复杂，要理解其运行机制需要从社会化与资本化的动力结构切入，互联网经济组织通过在互联网上创造新的社会节点和虚拟社区实现社会化，再利用社会化基础实现创收的资本化，互联网经济组织对社会化与资本化发展的先后策略形成了不同的发展路径，互联网经济组织社会化与资本化的强弱差异也导致了其不同的发展格局，社会化与资本化的有效结合是互联网条件下所有经济组织发展的必要条件。

| Abstract: | The operating mechanisms of Internet economic organizations are so complicated that an understanding of them entails the approach from the socialization and capitalization dynamic structure. Internet Economic organization realizes the socialization by creating new social nodes on the Internet and virtual community, then realizes the capitalization of the profit earned by using socialization. The strength and difference of the socialization and capitalization of internet economic organizations lead to a different development patterns. The effective combination of the socialization and capitalization is the necessary condition for all economic organizations under the Internet condition |
