| 摘 要： | 本文结合基于预期收入的人力资本存量和基于投资成本的人力资本形成流量估算结果，应用永续盘存公式，计算出我国1953-2002年间人力资本折旧率，得到人力资本升值的经验证据。

| Abstract: | Incorporating expectation-income-based human capital stock with cost-based human capital accumulation, the paper employs perpetual inventory formula to calculate the depreciation of human capital of china in the period from 1953 to 2002,and find the empirical evidence of human capital appreciation. |
