| Abstract: | The scientific concept of development of social civilization and the narrow social civilization construction has the relation of the inner unity. Scientific concept of development is the guiding principles and the standars of the narrow outlook social civilezation construction. Narrow social civilization is an inevitable result to implement the scientific concept of development. Inoder to promote the narrow social civilization effectively, the scientific outlook of development should he implememented comprehensively. |
