| 摘 要： | 党的建设和课程思政建设都是高校思想政治工作体系建设的重要组成部分。党建与课程思政有效融合的逻辑起点在于目标上高度一致、内容上相互交织、效果上相得益彰。现实困境主要表现在顶层设计的系统性不足、党建工作的效用发挥不够、工作队伍的能力素质不强等方面。促进党建与课程思政建设有效融合，要坚持把习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想作为根本遵循，积极构建多方协同发力的体制机制，科学编制课程思政建设规划和行动指南，努力打造高素质的干部和教师队伍。

| Abstract: | Party building and value education in Curriculum Design is an important part of the ideological and political system in universities. The basic reason for effectively integrating Party building with value education in courses lies in consistency of their objective, content and effect. However, the dilemma is lack of a systematic top-level design, the insufficient role of Party building, and the inadequate working team. Therefore, we must adhere to Xi Jinping''s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, establish a systemic mechanism of collaborative synergy, scientifically design the curriculum and guidance for value education in courses, build a qualified and competent team to promote effective integration of Party building with value education in Curriculum Design. |
