| 摘 要： | 加强各民族间的团结，凝聚起广泛的奋斗力量是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要保障。党的十八大以来，习近平就如何做好新时代民族工作发表了许多重要论述，成为做好新时代民族工作的理论依循和实践导向。习近平关于民族工作的重要论述厚植于优秀传统文化，承继于马克思主义民族理论，总结于国内外的具体实践之中，进一步研判新时代民族工作面临的“时与势”，明确做好民族工作的主体，厘定做好民族工作的具体方法，解决了新时代民族工作“谁来做”“做什么”“如何做”等一系列重大问题，坚持以战略思维、系统思维、法治思维、辩证思维协同推进民族工作的有序开展。习近平关于民族工作重要论述立足中国实际，坚守中国立场，构建中国话语，发展了具有中国特色的民族理论，确立起新时代民族工作的框架体系，同时也为其他国家解决民族问题提供中国智慧与中国方案。

A Multidimensional Analysis of Xi Jinping’s Important Expositions on Ethnic Work |

| Abstract: | Strengthening the unity among all ethnic groups and pooling the broad struggle strength is an important guarantee for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping has made many important remarks on how to do ethnic work well in the new era, which has become a theoretical basis and practical guide for doing ethnic work well in the new era. Xi Jinping’s important discourses about national work are rooted in the excellent traditional culture, inherited in Marxist national theory, summarized in the concrete practice at home and abroad, examine the “time and situation” in the new era, clear the main body of national work, determine the specific method of national work, and solve a series of issues of “Who will do?”, “What to do?” and “How to do?” in the national work, with the strategic thinking, system thinking, the law thinking and the dialectical thinking to promote national work orderly. Xi Jinping’s important exposition on ethnic work is based on China’s reality, adheres to China’s position, constructs Chinese discourse, develops ethnic theory with Chinese characteristics, establishes a framework system for ethnic work in the new era, and also provides Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for other countries to solve ethnic issues. |
