| 摘 要： | 文章根据基尼系数的概念和定义式，分析了3种基尼系数的计算方法，推导了国家统计局计算基尼系数的公式。这个分析和推导过程使基尼系数从概念世界走向现实生活，深化了对它的认识，更重要的是，有助于澄清一些有关基尼系数的错误观点。基尼最先独立提出后人所称的基尼系数和洛伦兹曲线；基尼系数的计算无须以洛伦兹曲线为基础；基尼系数只是衡量某个统计指标在另一个指标间分布平均情况的一种工具，用于衡量收入分配的平均程度时，既与包含价值判断的平等无关，也与收入差距无关。

| Abstract: | According to the concept and definition of Gini coefficient, this paper analyzes three methods for calculating Gini coefficient, and deduces the formula for calculating Gini coefficient by the National Bureau of Statistics.Such analysis and deduction makes Gini coefficient move from conceptual world to real life, deepens peoples' understanding on it, and more importantly, helps to clarify some erroneous views on Gini coefficient.Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve were first proposed by Gini independently.The calculation of Gini coefficient does not need to be based on Lorenz curve.Gini coefficient is just a tool that can be used to measure the average distribution of one statistical indicator among another.When the coefficient is used to measure average degree of income distribution, it has nothing to do with equality of value judgment as well as income gap. |
