| 摘 要： | 以习近平同志为核心的党中央领导集体在治国理政的实践中，形成了系统完整的绿色发展观即习近平新时代绿色发展观。这一新的发展观创新了马克思主义，顺应了时代主流，彰显了发展主题，坚持了习近平保护自然的一贯主张，坚持了人民主体地位，贯穿着制度建设主线，抓住了当今世界现代化的主脉，坚守着美丽中国主旨，其实施有赖于政府主导。从不同方面准确把握习近平新时代绿色发展观对于我国社会主义现代化建设具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | The CPC Central Committee's collective leadership with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has formed a systematic and complete green development viewpoint, namely, Xi Jinping's green development viewpoint in the new era in the practice of governing the country.Xi Jinpin's green development viewpoint innovates Marxism, conforms to the mainstream of the times, highlights the theme of development, persists in his consistent idea of protecting nature, adheres to the people's dominate position, runs through the main line of system construction, seizes the main veins of world modernization today, stick to the theme of beautiful China, all of these implementation depend on the government leaders.Accurately grasping Xi Jinping's green development viewpoint from different aspects is of great value to China's socialist modernization construction. |
