| 摘 要： | 从技术、组织及要素三个方面入手,分析协同创新驱动下的中小企业升级机理,指出在价值链垂直与水平两个方向,依靠协同创新驱动,中小企业有以核心技术创新升级、服务环节优化升级以及对现有业务环节有效优化的三种升级路径选择。从建立完善的协同创新网络、加强企业服务供给能力以及选择适宜的协同创新升级路径三方面提出了协同创新驱动下中小企业升级的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The article gives an analysis of the upgrade mechanism of small and medium enterprises from technology, organization and elements. It also points out that from the view of value chain both vertically and horizontally, there are three upgrading paths for SMEs including the core technology innovation upgrading, service sectors optimization upgrading and existing business aspects optimization upgrading. At last, this article proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for SMEs’ upgrading driven by collaborative innovation from three aspects, i.e., establishing the perfect collaborative innovation network, strengthening enterprise service supply capacity and choosing appropriate collaborative innovation upgrading path |
