| 摘 要： | 以中共中央关于建设社会主义市场经济体制的3份重要文件为线索,从历史性和整体性的视角,对新时代中国社会主义市场经济体制的发展历史、实践和理论逻辑进行分析论述。研究表明,中国进行的社会主义市场经济体制改革,是没有系统理论和经验可供借鉴的人类历史上的伟大创举,中国社会主义市场经济体制建立和完善的历史进程,既是充分发挥了社会主义制度优越性的制度创新过程,也是马克思主义时代化与中国化的具体体现; 通过干中学,将马克思主义与中国实际相结合,将顶层设计与尊重群众首创精神相结合,将理论与实践良性互动,在市场作用逐渐扩大乃至成为资源配置的决定性机制的同时,不断探索社会主义和市场经济有机结合的具体形式,从而形成能够充分体现兼顾效率与公平且充满生机与活力的经济体制探索实践过程,也是道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信基础上的理论创新。

| Abstract: | Based on the three important official documents of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the construction of socialist market economic system as the clue, this paper analyzes and discusses the development history, practice and theoretical logic of China’s socialist market economic system in the new era from the perspective of historic value and totality. Research shows that China’s socialist market economic system reform is a great initiative in the history of mankind with no systematic theory or experience to borrow from. The historical process of the establishment and improvement of China’s socialist market economic system is not only an institutional innovation process that gives full play to the superiority of the socialist system, but also the specific embodiment of the modernization of Marxism adapting to China’s conditions. Through learning by doing, the combination of Marxism with China’s reality, and of the top design with respect to the pioneering spirit of the masses, the benign interaction between theory and practice, the gradual expansion of the function of the market which even becomes the decisive mechanism of resource allocation, and the continuous exploration of the particular form of the organic combination of socialism and market economy, will form the exploration and practice process of the economic system that can fully embody both efficiency and fairness while being full of vigor and vitality. It is also a theoretical innovation based on path, theory, institutional and cultural confidence. |
