| 摘 要： | 为梳理和总结中国共产党百年经济理论与实践探索,分别解答中国共产党“如何应马克思主义政治经济学指导中国经济建设”和“如何发展中国特色社会主义经济”两大问题,将中国共产党百年来的经济理论分为4个阶段:(1)1921～1949年,中国共产党以新民主主义经济理论为指导,探索出中国革命道路,通过土地革命等,使人民得到经济上和政治上的解放;(2)1949～1978年,中国共产党以计划经济理论为依据,大力发展工业化,加快步伐恢复经济、维护国防安全,通过协调农业、轻工业、重工业发展,保障人民安全,并逐步改善人民生活;(3)1978～2012年,中国共产党提出了“中国特色社会主义市场经济体制”这一全新概念,构建起中国特色社会主义所有制制度、分配制度等,通过改革开放使社会生产力得到了解放和飞速发展,逐步摆脱短缺经济的状态,使人民收入大幅提高;(4)2012年至今的新时代,中国共产党以新发展理念推动高质量发展,推动经济发展动力、目标、方式的变革,加快建设现代化经济体系,将改善人民生活和经济发展看作统一的整体,致力于在发展中不断满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要。中国共产党的百年经济理论以坚持理论与现实相结合为基本原则,逐渐探索出中国特色社会主义经济发展道路; 坚持以人民为中心是根本原则,带领全体人民共建全面小康社会。

| Abstract: | This thesis explores and summarizes the economic theory and practice of the Communist Party of China over a century, and answers the two major questions of the Communist Party of China: "How to use Marxist political economy to guide China's economic construction" and "How to develop the socialist economy with Chinese characteristics".The study shows that the economic theory of the Communist Party of China in the past hundred years can be divided into the following four stages:(1)1921～1949: the Communist Party of China explored the path of the Chinese revolution under the guidance of the new democratic economic theory, and enabled the people to get economic and political liberation through the agrarian revolution;(2)1949～1978: based on the theory of planned economy, the Communist Party of China vigorously developed industrialization, quickened the pace of economic recovery, and maintained national defense security; through the coordination of the development of agriculture, light industry and heavy industry, the people's safety was guaranteed and people's livelihood was gradually improved;(3)1978～2012: the Communist Party of China put forward the new concept of the "system of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics", established the system of ownership of socialism with Chinese characteristics, distribution system and so on, enabled liberation and rapid development of social productivity through reform and opening up, gradually broke away from the state of the shortage economy, and increased people's income dramatically;(4)2012 till now: in the new era, the Communist Party of China promoted high quality development through the new concept of development, promoted reform in terms of economic development impetus, objectives and methods, accelerated the construction of a modern economic system, regarded the improvement of people's life and economic development as a unified whole, and is committed to constantly meet people's increasing demand for better lives in development. The century-old economic theory of the Communist Party of China takes the combination of theory and reality as the basic principle and gradually explores the path of socialist economic development with Chinese characteristics; and it leads the people in building a moderately prosperous society by adhering to the fundamental principle of people-centered development. |
