| 摘 要： | 企业由生产型向生产经营型的转变,要求企业统计反映企业生产经营活动的全过程。生产经营型的企业,管理的重点在经营,企业统计必须为企业制定战略上(经营目标)的经营决策提供市场变化趋势的资料和信息,要满足经营决策的需要,以下几个反映市场变化规律的指标是必须设置的。1 .市场需求量。是指市场上对本企业某产品在计划期内的需求数量。它为人口增减,购买力大小、季节变化、社会风尚、销路、国民经济情况等因素所制约。因此,要预计未来市场需求量的变化趋势,必须进行人口预测、购买力预测,季节预测、社会预测、产品销路预测、经济发展预测等。
