摘    要:当前,国内高校辅导员考核工作仍存在着考核导向不明确、考核形式过于传统、考核指标设置不科学等问题,制约着辅导员能力提升和队伍专业化建设。借鉴企业管理中的先进方法和经验,将KPI融入辅导员队伍考核工作,构建由“基本制度”“工作指标”“工作效率”和“周围评价”构成的考核体系,突出“思想引导和基层组织建设”“学风建设”“安全稳定”和“自身能力建设”4项考核权重,对于提升辅导员队伍工作理念,落细落实工作职责和促进辅导员成长发展都有重要的意义,能够有效提升辅导员履职能力。

Abstract:At present, there are still some problems in the assessment of college counselors in China, such as unclear guidance, too traditional assessment form and unscientific assessment index setting, which restrict the improvement of counselors' ability and the professional construction of the team. The advanced methods and experience in enterprise management, blend in the KPI evaluation of counselor team, build the system of “basic”, “performance measures”, “efficiency” and “evaluation” around the appraisal system, highlighting “ideological guidance and the construction of grass-roots organization”, “style of study construction”, “security” and “capacity building” four evaluation weights. It is of great significance to improve the working concept of the counselor team, to implement the job responsibilities carefully and to promote the growth and development of the counselor. It can effectively improve the performance ability of the counselor.
