| 摘 要： | 融入城市社区是新生代农民工城市化进程的重要组成部分。根据新生代农民工城市社区融入满意度的测评，对当前新生代农民工城市社区融入现状进行了分析。结果表明:新生代农民工对社区融入总体满意度感到“一般”，城乡二元体制差异、社会公共服务覆盖面过窄以及社区社会力量支持的不足成为新生代农民工融入城市社区的现实阻滞因素。因此，建议政府、社区、居民形成合力，从消除制度体制障碍、创新基层管理方式、提升社区接纳度和扩展社会支持网络入手，有效促进新生代农民工的城市社区融入。

| Abstract: | Integrating into the urban community is an important part of urbanization of new generation migrant workers. On the basis of ERG theory and starting from the satisfaction degree of the urban community, this paper analyzes the current status about integrating into the urban community of new generation migrant workers. The results show that the new generation migrant workers' satisfaction is medium. With support of the ERG theory, it is suggested that the government, communities, residents and social forces form a force to effectively promote the integrating of migrant workers by eliminating system obstacle, innovating management methods, improving community acceptance and expanding the social support network. |
