| 摘 要： | 非公有制经济是安徽省国民经济非常重要的组成部分，它对安徽省经济社会的发展作出了重要贡献。本文首先界定了供给侧结构性改革与经济活力的内涵，分析了供给侧结构性改革对安徽省非公有制经济的影响机制，然后分析了在供给侧结构性改革背景下安徽省非公有制经济面临的发展机遇和严峻挑战，最后结合安徽省经济社会发展的实际提出了对策措施以优化安徽省所有制结构，完善其基本经济制度。

| Abstract: | The non-public ownership economy is a very important part of the national economy of Anhui Province, and it has made important contribution to the economic and social development of Anhui Province. This paper first defines the connotations of the structural reforms of the supply side and economic vitality, then it analyzes the impact mechanisms of supply-side structural reform on non-public ownership economy in Anhui Province. However, in the context of the structural reforms of the supply side, the non-public economy of Anhui Province faces both rare development opportunities, such as the ability to increase production, reduction costs and makong up shortcomings, which will help to further improve the vitality of non-public ownership economy in Anhui Province. At the same time, the non-public economy of Anhui Province is also facing severe challenges. Finally, some practical countermeasures are put forward to optimize the ownership structure of Anhui Province and improve its basic economic system. |
