| 摘 要： | 清末新政时期，袁世凯行使直隶总督之权责，大力执行各项新政。为兴办新式学堂提供师资队伍，袁世凯大力倡办师范教育，自此，清末直隶师范教育取得了从无到有的突破性发展，且领先于全国其他省份，初步踏上了教育近代化的轨道。本文主要探讨了袁世凯兴办近代师范教育的原因，采取的措施和意义。

| Abstract: | In late Qing dynasty,Yuan Shikai exercised Zhili governor powers and responsibilities,and vigorously implemented the New Deal.To provide teachers for new schools,Yuan initiated to set up normal education.Since then,normal education in Zhili in the late Qing had made agreat breakthrough,and was ahead of other provinces.This paper mainly discusses the causes,measurements and significance of Yuan setting up modern normal education. |
