| 摘 要： | 科技型中小企业是我国科技成果转化、实现技术创新的重要载体，集群创新为科技型中小企业的发展提供了一条非常有效的途径。本文在理论分析的基础上确定科技型中小企业集群创新所产生的创新效应，识别出对集群创新效应有影响的主要因素并建立相关的基本假设，然后通过问卷调查和建立结构方程模型，对提出的相关假设进行验证，进一步明确了各相关影响因素的影响力的大小，为中小企业选择能够提高技术创新能力的合适途径提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | Science-technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises(S & T SMEs), are the carrier of technological achievements transformation and innovation realization. Clustering innovation presents a highly efficient way for development of S & T SMEs. In this paper, based on theoretical analysis, the innovation effect produced by S & T SMEs' clustering innovation is confirmed. Then, the primary influencing factors on clustering innovation effect are identified and fundamental hypotheses are put forward afterwards through theoretical analysis. At last, related hypotheses put forward in this paper are verified through questionnaire investigation and structural equation model, which provides SMEs with decision basis when choosing a proper path to improve the ability of technological innovation. |
