| 农民工收入影响因素的计量分析

| 摘 要： | 通过对北京市建筑业农民工进行问卷调查，我们发现，建筑业农民工以中青年男性劳动力为主，且收入水平较低，掌握技能的水平和受教育程度普遍偏低。另外，通过建筑业农民工收入的影响因素的分析，依据数据初步建立了模型，在经过一系列的检验修正与再估计后，确定了影响农民工收入的因素模型。文章研究结论是建筑业农民工收入的影响因素主要是农民工的年龄、受教育程度和是否掌握技能，并提出了加大对农民工进行技能培训等建议。
