| 摘 要： | 数字中国是涵盖数字经济、数字社会、数字政府和数字生态等多个维度的综合性发展战略。实施国家数字中国战略,有助于通过营造良好数字生态来抢抓数字经济发展新机遇,切实赋能高质量发展,构建新发展格局并提高国际竞争力。在作用机理上,数字中国建设能够强化创新驱动、协调区域发展、保障绿色发展、促进开放发展、推动共享发展。因此,加快构建新发展格局,着力推动高质量发展需要强化数字基础设施建设、加快产业数字化转型、高质量建设数据要素市场、提升公共服务数字化水平以及完善数字化治理体系。

| Abstract: | Digital China is a comprehensive development strategy covering multiple dimensions of the digital economy, digital society, digital government, and digital ecology. The implementation of the Digital China strategy is conducive to seizing new opportunities for the development of the digital economy by creating a sound digital ecology, effectively empowering high-quality development, building a new development pattern, and improving international competitiveness. In terms of mechanism, the construction of Digital China can strengthen the impetus for innovation, coordinate regional development, ensure green development, promote the open development, and drive shared development. Therefore, to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern and promote high-quality development, we need to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure, accelerate the digital transformation of industries, build a high-quality data factor market, improve the digitization level of public services and improve the digital governance system. |
