| 摘 要： | 党的二十大报告指出,要“推动经济实现质的有效提升和量的合理增长”。随着新时代中国经济发展取得卓越成就和现阶段国内外经济形势变化,提升经济发展质量进入新阶段,需要提出更高目标任务,推进更多实质性举措,形成更加有效的评价方式; 要实现世界上巨大规模人口的共同富裕,需要以更大的经济体量规模为依托,保持一定的经济增速,设立科学、合理的经济增长目标; 从量到质再到量与质统一的转变反映了中国推进经济高质量发展进入新阶段,量的合理增长为质的有效提升夯实基础,质的有效提升为量的合理增长提供动力支撑,经济高质量发展是经济发展质的有效提升和量的合理增长的统一,也是中国式现代化的本质要求。

| Abstract: | The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should “promote the effective improvement in quality and reasonable growth in quantity in the economy”. With the outstanding achievements of China's economic development in the new era and the changes in the current domestic and foreign economic situation, improving the quality of economic development has entered a new stage. It is necessary to put forward higher goals and tasks, promote more substantive measures, and form a more effective evaluation method. To achieve common prosperity of a huge population in the world, we need to have a larger economic volume as the basis, maintain a certain economic growth rate and set scientific and reasonable economic growth targets. The transformation from development in quantity to quality and then to the unity of development both in quantity and quality indicates that China has entered a new stage of promoting high-quality economic development. Reasonable growth in quantity lays a solid foundation for effective improvement in quality, and effective improvement in quality in turn provides the driving force for reasonable growth in quantity. High-quality economic development is the combined result of effective improvement in quality and reasonable growth in quantity, and is also the essential requirement of the Chinese path to modernization. |
