| 摘 要： | 非物质文化遗产承载着人类社会的文明，既是民族文化多样性的基本表现，又是国家文化软实力的重要体现，更是中华民族生生不息的精神财富。利用快速发展的新一代数字技术，促进非遗的保存、传播与传承，不但是非遗自身可持续发展的需要，也是数字时代社会对非遗发展的深切呼唤，已成为非遗发展所面临的一项迫切任务。人工智能、大数据和区块链作为新一代数字技术的典型代表，正成为驱动经济社会数字化转型的重要推动力，在非遗发展中有着不可小觑的用武之地。阐释这三种技术的基本原理，在此基础上对典型的非遗应用案例作深度解析，并结合我国当前非遗发展实际提出相应的对策建议，以期既能为非遗数字化的健康、快速和可持续发展提供更好的指导，又能为促进非遗数字化的应用实践提供技术参考。

| Abstract: | Intangible cultural heritage carries the civilization of human society, which is not only a basic performance of ethnic cultural diversity, but also an essential manifestation of a country's cultural soft power, and also an endless spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation. Using the rapidly developing new generation of digital technologies to promote the preservation, inheritance and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage is not only the need of sustainable development, but also a deep call of the society for the development of intangible cultural heritage in the digital age. It has become an urgent task for the development of intangible cultural heritage. As typical representatives of the new generation of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain are becoming important driving forces that push forward digital transformation of the economy and society, and have a place to play in the development of intangible cultural heritage. This paper explains the basic principles of these three technologies, makes an in-depth analysis of typical application cases, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the current development reality of our country, in order to not only provide better guidance for the healthy, rapid and sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage digitization, but also provide technical reference for promoting the application practice of intangible cultural heritage digitization. |
