| 摘 要： | 薄珏是中国明末清初卓越的学者和发明家，以精通天文、历法、声律，制造望远镜、火炮及奇巧机械知名。而且在中国最早独立研制成“千里镜”(即望远镜)，首创并最先用于军事指挥。文章主要对中国制造望远镜第一人薄珏进行研究及对其生平进行梳理，就其成就的社会影响因素进行具体分析，重点从军事、经济、政治、文化等处入手，从中见出军事、经济、文化、政治对科学技术发展的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Bo Jue is an outstanding scholar and inventor in late Ming Dynasty and early Qing Dynasty. He is proficient in as-tronomy, calendar and rhythm. He is well-known in the making of telescope, artillery and ingenious mechinery. And it is the first “trinidad mirror” (i.e., telescope) by independent research and used in military command. Based on Bo Jue’s life and his contribution, the article mainly carries out specific analysis on the achievements of its social influence factors, such as military, economic, political, cultural, etc. The article showes that military, economic, political and cultural factors stimulate the devel-opment of science and technology. |
