| 摘 要： | 重视思想政治教育工作是我们党的光荣传统 ,也是我们的一大优势。新的形势下 ,这一政治优势的发挥 ,仅有继承是不够的 ,还需要创新 ,这是由新时期的历史任务决定的 ,也是时代要求和教育对象新特点的需要。邓小平同志在强调思想政治教育工作必须创新的同时 ,反复强调思想政治工作要求实、务实、理论联系实际。因此 ,求实 ,讲究实效既是思想政治教育工作创新的重要内容 ,也是创新的重要途径。
