中国直播电商文献检视与研究展望

摘    要:直播电商是直播与电商的结合,是数字经济的重要表现形态,在直播电商逐渐趋向规范化发展阶段,需要系统梳理研究现状并展望研究趋势,为后续研究提供参考。依托CNKI数据库,结合CiteSpace分析工具,定量与定性相结合多尺度分析直播电商的研究进度。研究认为,直播电商具有典型的行业发展与理论研究相互照应属性,研究热点主要集中在商业模式特性、商业模式建构逻辑、产业融合、行业治理等方面; 现有研究存在跨学科交叉研究不足,理论研究滞后于实践发展,与经济产业的融合研究欠缺,对社会的影响研究薄弱等问题; 未来需要在方法上促进多学科、多方法的交叉研究,加强与直播电商企业、行业研究机构等的协同研究,在内容上加强直播电商嵌入经济产业系统、深化直播电商业态拓展和监管治理研究,在视角上加强直播电商多平台、多案例以及国内外比较研究,明晰中国直播电商发展的独特路径。

Abstract:Livestreaming e-commerce is the combination of livestreaming and e-commerce, and is an important manifestation of the digital economy. In the stage of its development towards standardization, this paper combs the research status and prospects the research trend to provide guidance for the follow-up research. Based on CNKI database and CiteSpace analysis tool, this paper analyzes the research status of livestreaming e-commerce by combining quantitative and qualitative methods at multiple scales. The research shows that livestreaming e-commerce has typical industry development and theoretical research attributes, and its research focuses on aspects such as business model characteristics, business model construction logic, industry integration and industry governance. On the whole, the existing research on livestreaming e-commerce is still insufficient in interdisciplinary research, in integration with the economy and industry, and in the research on the impact on society, while the theoretical research lags behind the development of practice. In the future, it is necessary to promote multi-disciplinary and multi-method interdisciplinary research in terms of methods, strengthen collaborative research with livestreaming e-commerce companies and industry research institutions, strengthen the embedding of livestreaming e-commerce in the economic industry system in terms of content, and deepen the expansion of livestreaming e-commerce business models and supervisory governance research, increase multi-platform, multi-case and comparative studies of livestreaming e-commerce at home and abroad, and determine a unique path of China’s livestreaming e-commerce development.
