| 摘 要： | 爱因斯坦自由的人类良心发源于对道德宗教的信仰，在对宇宙宗教上帝的信仰中达到人类良心的高度，在对个人自由的追求中达到良心自由的境界。而目前，学术界对爱因斯坦良心概念的研究基本上处于空白状态，亟待挖掘。爱因斯坦自由的人类良心具有促进人类社会和谐发展、合乎逻辑地导向社会主义、促进国家法律改革和完善、实现社会道德与个人道德有机统一等积极意义。爱因斯坦自由的人类良心也存在着在残暴专制的国家权力面前不堪一击、离开优裕的物质生活条件滋养难以形成和存在，以及具有任性或随意性因素等局限性。

| Abstract: | At present, there is few research on Einstein’s concept of conscience. Einstein’s concept of free human conscience stems from belief in moral religion. Belief in the universal religion of god brings about such a high of human conscience. His pursuit of personal freedom brings about such a state of free conscience. Einstein’s concept of free human conscience has many positive effects on the developments of human society, logical socialism, the reform of state laws and the alignment of social and individual morality. But there are also many limitations in Einstein’s concept of free human conscience. It is extremely fragile in front of brutal tyranny and it can not exist without abundant material conditions. It is also lack of capricious and random nature. |
