| 摘 要： | 新型农村社区治理是实现我国乡村治理现代化的重要组成部分，也是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键环节。新冠肺炎疫情发生以来，新型农村社区防疫治理是非常重要的“最后一公里”防线关口。由于新型农村社区的特殊性，必须要采取相应的措施，加强新型农村社区防疫治理体系构建。在治理现代化背景下，要加强新型农村社区疫情防控，必须牢牢树立“以人民为中心”的思想理念，必须加强党的领导，强化党建引领在防疫治理中的重要作用。同时，必须充分发挥乡镇政府的主体作用，并构建信息化的疫情防控网络体系。

| Abstract: | The new rural community governance is not only an important part of the modernization of rural governance in China,but also a key link to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the new rural community epidemic prevention and control is a very important "last kilometer" line of defense.In the context of modernization of governance, to strengthen the prevention and control of epidemic situation in new rural communities, we must firmly establish the idea of "people-centered", strengthen the leadership of Party building, give full play to the role of township governments, and build a new network system of information-based epidemic prevention and control in rural communities.The construction of the new rural community epidemic prevention and control system is of great significance not only to promote the modernization of the new rural community governance system and governance capacity, but also to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity. |
