| 摘 要： | 农村剩余劳动力的转移是新世纪中国经济社会发展中的重大战略问题。刘易斯和托达罗关于发展中国家消除二元结构的人口流动模型理论对我国现实农村剩余劳动力转移均有一定的借鉴意义。我国农村剩余劳动力的出现有其特殊的历史背景。二元社会经济结构存在着一系列制约农村剩余劳动力转移的因素。结合我国现实国情 ,农村剩余劳动力的转移应选择城乡同时吸纳的模式。户籍制度改革、全方位多层次提高城市化水平以及提高农民素质应是加快农村剩余劳动力转移的政策选择

| Abstract: | The author maintains that to deal with the issue of agricultural surplus labor force in China, the Lewis Model and the Todaro Migration Model on the flow of population in developing countries can serve as a reference. Besides, actual conditions in China require that transfer of agricultural surplus labor force should go by the model of being absorbed in both urban and rural areas. In the meanwhile, such policy measures as reform of household registration, speeding up the urbanization process and upgrading the overall qualification of peasants, etc should be adopted. |
