| 摘 要： | 如何构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系,是以“总结提炼改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的伟大实践经验”为中心任务的中国特色社会主义政治经济学的一个重大研究课题。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和马克思主义政治经济学基本原则为指导,对社会主义现代化建设中提出的重大经济理论问题进行准确深入的理论提炼,通过深入研究这些重大经济理论问题,总结中国特色社会主义经济建设的基本规律。研究认为,改革开放以来中国特色社会主义经济建设主要面临三大经济理论问题:一是如何分析总结中国特色社会主义经济发展模式,二是如何理解社会主义与市场经济的辩证关系,三是如何科学认识坚持马克思主义政治经济学基本原则与借鉴西方经济学有益成分之间的辩证关系; 需要在系统分析上述三大理论问题过程中,逐步形成中国特色社会主义发展经济学、社会主义市场经济理论和中国特色社会主义政治经济学方法论三大理论分支,在此基础上进一步构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系。

| Abstract: | Building the theoretical system of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics is a significant research project in the socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics which takes "summarizing and refining the great practical experience of reform and opening up and socialist modernization" as its main task. This paper conducts accurate and in-depth summaries on the major economic theoretical issues in China's socialist modernization, adopts XI Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and the basic principles of Marxist political economics as the guide, and aims to summarize the basic rules in building a socialist economy with Chinese characteristics. This research shows that there are three main economic theoretical issues in building a socialist economy with Chinese characteristics since the reform and opening up. The first is how to analyze and summarize the development model of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics. The second is how to recognize the dialectical relationship between socialism and market economy. The third is how to scientifically recognize the dialectical relationship between adhering to the basic principles of Marxist political economics and drawing on the beneficial elements of western economics. In the systematic analysis of the above three theoretical issues, three theoretical branches will be formed, namely socialist development economics with Chinese characteristics, socialist market economic theory and the methodology of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics. On this basis, the theoretical system of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics will be constructed further. |
