| 摘 要： | 近代南浔绅商在承袭中国传统商业文化价值取向的同时，也展现出了其在构成要素以及内涵意蕴上的近代化趋向，形成了自身的伦理精神特质，构成了近代浙商精神的重要组成部分。无论是秉持创家立业、济世利民的价值取向及其实践主题，还是恪守仁和、诚信、道义、勤俭、中庸等系列伦理准则，南浔绅商的伦理精神为传统儒商文化和近代浙商精神注入了新活力。扬弃其伦理精神内核并加以继承和发展，对于促进当代商人精神世界的筑造、维系现实商业世界的运转具有不可或缺的时代价值。

| Abstract: | Inheriting the value of traditional Chinese commercial culture, modern Nanxun gentry-merchants also showed their trend of modernization, formed different ethical characteristics, and constituted an important part of modern Zhejiang merchant spirit. Whether they uphold the value of founding a business, benefiting people and its practical theme, or adhere to ethical principles such as benevolence and harmony, honesty, morality, diligence and thrift, and the moderate, the ethical spirit of Nanxun gentry-merchants has injected new vitality into the traditional Confucian merchants culture and the modern Zhejiang merchants spirit. To dialectically inherit the core ethical spirits and make developments can be valuable for promoting the construction of the contemporary merchants’ spirit and maintaining the operation of the real business world |
