| 摘 要： | 文章从四川省成都市锦江、武侯、青羊、成华、金牛5个行政区抽取了15个社区中的300位老年人进行问卷调查，运用多重回归分析方法，分析了社会资本和个体特征对老年人生活满意度的影响。研究发现:社会资本中的互惠性规则、非正式参与、正式社会网络、正式参与、人际信任和个体特征因素中的健康状况、收入阶层、是否与子女同住对老年人生活满意度有影响。综合考虑社会资本和个体特征因素时，社会资本的影响程度更大且社会资本的5个因素依然对老年人生活满意度有影响，但个体特征因素中的是否与子女同住以及收入阶层的影响消失。因此，比起个体特征，社会资本对老年人生活满意度的影响程度更大，更具持续性。

| Abstract: | Based on the questionnaire data of 300 elderly people in 15 communities of the five major administrative regions: Jinjiang, Wuhou, Qingyang, Chenghua and Jinniu, Chengdu city, Sichuan province, this paper uses multiple regression analysis method to analyze the influence of social capital and individual characteristics on life satisfaction of the elderly. The study finds that many aspects have impacts on the life satisfaction of the elderly, such as reciprocity rules in social capital, informal participation, formal social networks, formal participation, interpersonal trust, health status, income level, and whether to live with children. When the factors of social capital and individual characteristics are taken into comprehensive consideration, the influence degree of social capital is greater, and the five factors of social capital have an impact on the life satisfaction of the elderly. However, the influence of whether the elderly live with their children and how much they own among the factors of individual characteristics disappears. Therefore, compared with individual characteristics, social capital has a greater and more sustainable impact on the life satisfaction of the elderly. |
