| 摘 要： | 在大数据时代，数据作为一种重要的要素资源，在助力抗疫工作中扮演了重要的角色。数据治理能力的提升能够有效提高政府应对重大突发公共卫生事件的能力。文章以此次新冠肺炎疫情防控为例，分析了数据如何被合理地应用于重大突发公共卫生事件中，并阐述了重大突发公共卫生事件中数据治理存在的一些问题与不足。针对这些问题，文章探讨了如何提升重大突发公共卫生事件中政府的数据治理能力，并提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | In the era of big data, data plays an essential role in helping to fight the epidemic as an important element resource. This paper believes that the improvement of data governance capabilities can effectively improve the government’s ability to react to major public health emergencies. Taking COVID-19 epidemic as an example, this paper analyzes how data is reasonably applied to major public health emergencies, and elaborates some problems and deficiencies in data governance in public emergencies. The paper also discusses how to improve the data governance capabilities of governments in public health emergencies, and proposes corresponding policies. |
