| 摘 要： | 构树种植是最近新兴的一种扶贫项目，构树因耐碱耐酸的特性能在石漠化土壤中生存并改善生态环境，同时自身植株的经济价值又能帮助农民脱贫增收，提高经济收入水平。黔江区拥有南方地区典型的喀斯特地貌，石漠化现象逐渐严重，导致耕地资源逐渐减少，土地收益逐年降低。无论是利用构树治理石漠化土地，还是通过发展构树产业带动贫困农民增收致富的经验都相对欠缺。本文在黔江区扶贫攻坚、全面脱贫的背景下，对构树扶贫的主要内容进行阐述，对其遇到的困境进行简要分析，并借鉴湖北及贵州两省构树扶贫模式提出具体解决对策，以期帮助黔江地区石漠化严重的乡镇减轻生态灾害并脱贫增收。

| Abstract: | Paper mulberry planting is a recent emerging poverty alleviation project, its alkali-resistant acid-resistant characteristics in the rocky desertification of the soil to survive and improve the ecological environment, while their own economic value of the plant can help farmers to decrease the poverty, improve the level of economic income.The Qianjiang District has typical karst landforms in the southern region. The phenomenon of rocky desertification is serious, which leads to the gradual reduction of cultivated land resources and the decrease of land income. How to use the paper mulberry to control rocky desertification of land, or through the development of paper mulberry industry to promote poor farmers to gain rich experience is relatively lacking. Under the background of overall poverty alleviation in Qianjiang District, a brief analysis was made on the main problems of poverty alleviationand the dilemma encountered, and the lessons were drawn from the model of poverty alleviation in Hubei and Guizhou provinces. Concrete solution measures were put forward, hoping to help the Qianjiang region rocky desertification serious township to reduce ecological disasters and poverty alleviation. |
