| Abstract: | Based on summing-up of the achievements made in research on underground economy at home and abroad, the paper demonstrates the importance of underground economy research from the accounting point of view, makes an overall evaluation on the traditional definition and the current measurement of underground economy, points out some shortage of previous studies and advances a new idea. The paper provides the relatively new viewpoints for correct recognition of underground economy and how to measure its size. |
