| 摘 要： | 网上银行的兴起在带来银行金融创新的同时,也凸显了目前我国网上银行监管制度的缺陷.为了更好地对网上银行进行监管,发挥其优势,可以在建立和完善我国现有的法律规范和金融认证体系的同时,积极参与网上银行监管的国际合作,借鉴国外的先进立法和实践经验.

| Abstract: | The rise of Internet banking, while introducing financial innovation into the banking industry, has exposed the defects in the supervisory systems of Internet banking in China. To perfect supervision and give full play to Internet banking, we should participate in the international cooperation and learn from other countries in terms of legislation and practices in the field of Internet banking in addition to the establishment and improvement of our current laws and the system of financial certification authority. |
