高校思政课与创新创业教育的衔接路径研究

高校思政课与创新创业教育两者教育目标相一致,两者有效衔接可以有效增强教育效果.但是,目前高校思政课的教育机制与创新创业教育之间的衔接还存在一些问题.对此,高校可以应用ADDIE模型的理论及方法构建教学思路,根据确定教学目标→挖掘育人价值→编写课程指南→开展课程试点→教学效果评价来建立衔接路径,促进高校思政课与创新创业教育深入融合并协同发展.

国家高度重视创新创业教育工作,要求高校要不断深化创新创业教育改革,但是在学校管理层面、专业教师层面和学生个人层面对创新创业教育还存在认识误区,如认为创新创业教育是开公司、课外活动、少数人的教育等.应从国家战略、人才培养和高质量就业等方面使学校管理人员、专业教师和学生了解创新创业教育的重要性,并从统一思想、精神激励和专创融合方面制定针对性策略,推动我国高校创新创业教育改革发展.     

Long-term planning and decision-making among midlife and older gay men and lesbians

This article examines the issues of long-term planning and decision-making among midlife and older gay men and lesbian caregivers. Using a qualitative methodology, in-depth interviews were conducted with 19 gay men and lesbians over 50. Participants reported on their long-term planning and decision-making processes. All but four persons reported that their partners had advance directives, but the majority of caregivers did not have advance directives for themselves. Concerns about informal family dynamics and interactions with formal systems were expressed, along with financial and ownership issues. It is important for social workers to intervene across individual, organizational, and community levels in advocacy for the needs of older gay men and lesbian clients.

Police and Social Work Relations--Problems and Possibilities

Summary The Barclay Report advocates a closer working partnership betweensocial workers and citizens; various policing policies are basedon similar foundations. Government policies place considerableemphasis on inter-agency work involving the police and the socialservices. In this paper, it is argued that co-operative inter-agencywork seems feasible between managers in the social servicesand in the police. When the perspectives of fieldworkers inboth services are considered conflict and suspicion seems toprevail. It is argued that once some of the myths surroundingthe practice of police and social work are pared away, a newbasis for the appreciation and development of inter-agency workmay be apparent.

Minsky and Keynes on speculation and finance

Is Hyman Minsky's “Financial Instability Hypothesis” actually an interpretation of Keynes General Theory? Yes and no. Yes, they both describe an economy dominated by monetary forces in which employment and output dance to the expectations of financial players via speculation. But, no, they do not contain the same analytical structure. Keynes' theory specifies static positions of equilibrium. Minsky's analysis investigates the dynamic processes of the business cycle. Minsky's work might be viewed as the business cycle theory Keynes hinted at, but never completed.     

Personal and Aggregate Unemployment and Psychological Symptoms

Four different types of individual-level unemployment experiences were studied in relation to psychological symptoms: (1) current unemployment following a recent involuntary job loss, (2) unemployment among students or homemakers, (3) reemployment after recent job loss, and (4) either voluntary or long-term (greater than 6 months) unemployment. Aggregate unemployment (the prevailing rate in the surveyed community) was also studied, both alone and in interaction with each of the four individual-level unemployment conditions. These five variables were each related positively to psychological symptoms, whether measured as a continuous variable or as a dichotomous variable simulating a case/non- case split, and controlling for the usual demographic variables and various other stressful life events. Little evidence was found for interactions of the unemployment conditions with aggregate unemployment or with potential moderators. A small panel study provided a partial longitudinal check for several of these cross-sectional findings. The findings are discussed in terms of public policy options.     

Social enterprise and sustainable development in Bangladesh and Korea: Opportunities and challenges

The aim of this paper was to understand the similarities and differences between social enterprise (SE) systems in Korea and Bangladesh in terms of the emergence, background, development, and current status of the SE's policies and support systems in these two countries. This study employs a conceptual qualitative analysis, and the data used in this study were obtained from multiple reliable literature reviews. The data were analyzed based on a text‐by‐text comparison of social enterprises in the two countries, and the results were revealed through written explanation. In Korea, the SE system emerged as social employment creation plan after the currency crisis in 1997. Later, in 2007, this movement turned into the “Social Enterprise Promotion Act.” Conversely, in Bangladesh, the SE system emerged as a result of NGOs’ activities to “alleviate poverty” and “facilitate job creation” after the War of Independence in 1971 in an informal socioeconomic conditions. There is no explicit legal form of SEs in Bangladesh. This study also suggests the nature and scope of SEs and the barriers to sustainability of SEs in both countries. The study also emphasized the foundations to develop relevant policies as well as clear regulations for the future sustainability of the SEs of these two countries.
