虚拟仿真实验技术是近年兴起的实验教学新技术,其本质在于使用虚拟技术实现对于“真实”企业环境的模仿。作为培养学生掌握进入营利部门工作基本知识和职业技能的企业社会工作课程,在其教学过程中始终存在着与真实企业环境脱节的困境,亟须借助虚拟仿真实验等新技术对课程教学进行改革。该文以“为学生模拟‘真实’企业环境”为核心论点,通过对社会工作专业课程中实验教学技术应用的概述,分析了企业社会工作课程实验教学存在的问题与改革方向,围绕虚拟仿真实验技术模拟“真实”企业环境展开论述,对改进社会工作院系企业社会工作方向的课程教学和人才培养提出有益的思考。  相似文献

社会工作实验课程的实验设计以学生操作能力的获得为目的,这样就与作为研究的实验设计迥异。教师进行实验设计的重点在于如何根据课堂内容,设计适当的课堂实验活动,将课堂体验与讲授有机结合,在讲授中巧妙地穿插体验活动。主要通过案例分析、情景模拟、角色扮演等方法,演练典型案例,提升社会工作实务技能,并借助单面镜、视频和音频采集处理系统等实验设备对演练过程进行观察、录制和回放,教师进行点评,角色扮演的双方同学反馈感受,同学之间互相讨论,使角色扮演者和观察者反思自己和他人的行动,关注自己的体验和选择,建构社会工作理论知识和实务操作能力,使学生从中获得专业成长。本文将参考了国外最新的实验室利用方法,从社会工作实验教学设计的角度出发,探索如何设计符合课堂内容,同时又能提高学生学习兴趣的实验,加强实验室的软实力建设,提高实验教学的效果。  相似文献

We estimate the effects of education on two dimensions of decision making behavior—risk and time—beyond those considered to be normal-ranged to encompass behavioral anomalies with respect to expected utility as well as time consistency. We conduct a number of incentivized choice experiments on Chinese adult twins to measure decision making behavior, and use a within-twin-pair fixed-effects estimator to deal with unobservable family-specific effects. The estimation results show that a higher education level tends to reduce the degree of risk aversion towards moderate prospects, moderate hazards, and longshot prospects. For anomalies under risk and uncertainty, college graduates exhibit significantly more Allais-type behavior compared to high school dropouts, while high school graduates exhibit more ambiguity aversion as well as a familiarity preference relative to high school dropouts. For decision making involving time, a higher education level tends to reduce the degree of impatience, and to reduce behavioral anomalies including hyperbolic discounting, dread, and hopefulness. The experimental observations suggest that people with a higher education level tend to exhibit more behavioral anomalies in risk attitudes but fewer behavioral anomalies involving time, hence implying that education has multi-functions in preference formation and human capability building. This study contributes to the understanding of the nature of these behavioral anomalies and the roles of education in human decision making.  相似文献

"戏曲进入中小学"校园活动是近年来被各界广泛讨论的热点。由于培养的对象以中小学校园学生为主,对此有人表示赞成,也有人反对。作为教育的组成部分——"—戏曲进入中小学"校园活动仅属于戏曲艺术普及教育里的一环,由于不是教育的主流,所以比较缺乏学理方面的系统探索,大多仅停留在表面的讨论和活动本身的陈述。有鉴于此,笔者以浙江"婺剧进校园"为调研对象试图从儿童的立场出发,进一步阐释儿童、儿童文化、儿童传承与戏剧艺术之间的密切关系。通过调研可知,以儿童为主体、戏曲为载体的这样一种无需通过任何考试形式的"戏曲进入中小学"校园活动是切实不可行的。  相似文献

The provision of financial education for migrant domestic helpers is an important service that could enhance their financial well‐being and the well‐being of their families. However, in that migrant domestic helpers are often excluded from protection in the host country, such services are few and empirical research in this area is rare. In this article, we report the findings of an evaluation study on a financial literacy education programme provided by a Hong Kong organisation serving Filipina and Indonesian migrant domestic workers. Using a quasi‐experimental design, we confirmed the effectiveness of the programme. Participants who attended the programme developed improved financial knowledge and behaviour. Their general self‐efficacy and financial self‐efficacy were also enhanced. Key Practitioner Message: ? Migrant domestic helpers’ financial well‐being is enhanced through intensive financial education in financial knowledge and behaviour; ? Migrant domestic helpers’ self‐efficacy is strengthened through peer discussion of financial education; ? This article reviews divergent empirical evidence on interracial contact. While research on diversity in higher education provides ample evidence for the educational benefits of engaging with diversity in informal interactions or courses, experimental and naturalistic studies in social psychology on interracial interactions reveal a complicated picture, showing what appear to be both positive and negative effects. Rather than addressing the question of whether or not to promote interracial interactions on campus, we present a critical-dialogic model of intergroup dialogue that centers on communication processes as an avenue toward intergroup relationships, understanding, and collaboration. Prior research and preliminary results from a nine-university research collaboration provide strong empirical support for the proposed model. We conclude with program and policy considerations for higher education institutions interested in promoting meaningful intergroup interaction.  相似文献

A two-year research program was carried out to evaluate the workings of open education classes in primary schools. Four studies were conducted. Two were comparative: instruments testing cognitive and non-cognitive variables by the use of standardized as well as behavioural probe measures were administered to experimental (open) and control (traditional) classes. Tests of mathematics, reading, inquiry, cooperation, yielding to authority and creativity showed no differences between children in open and traditional classes. The work of children in the experimental class was less affected by the teachers' absence from the classroom than that of children in the control class. A third study involved interviews aimed at assessing children's views about the open classroom. A fourth study involved behavioural observations of the use a sample of children made of the special features of the open classroom.  相似文献

The Triple P Positive Parenting Program is a multilevel system of behaviour‐based parenting training and support. The aim of this study was to determine whether implementation of levels 2 and 3 of the Triple P system, designed for primary care settings, enhances parent, child and family outcomes compared with services‐as‐usual in Alberta, Canada. The study employed a quasi‐experimental, single‐blind and post‐test‐only design. A survey incorporating outcome measures was administered to a sample of 1296 parent‐clients. A total of 923 parents responded, including 172 parents who had received a Triple P (level 2 and/or 3) intervention during the previous 12 weeks. A significant interaction was found between participation in a group‐based parent education programme and receipt of Triple P. Parents who participated in a group‐based parent education programme, and who received a Triple P intervention reported somewhat higher levels of need satisfaction than parents who participated in a group‐based parent education programme but who did not receive a Triple P intervention. No significant difference was found between Triple P and service‐as‐usual groups on any secondary outcome measures including parenting stress, positive interaction, family functioning and child problem behaviours.  相似文献

The effects of an eight‐week instructional program in creative dance/movement on the social competence of low‐income preschool children were assessed in this study utilizing a scientifically rigorous design. Forty preschool children from a large Head Start program were randomly assigned to participate in either an experimental dance program or an attention control group. Teachers and parents, blind to the children's group membership, rated children's social competence both before and after the program, using English and Spanish versions of the Social Competence Behavior Evaluation: Preschool Edition. The results revealed significantly greater positive gains over time in the children's social competence and both internalizing and externalizing behavior problems for the experimental group compared with the control group. Small‐group creative dance instruction for at‐risk preschoolers appears to be an excellent mechanism for enhancing social competence and improving behavior. The implications for early childhood education and intervention are discussed.  相似文献

Using an experimental design, we investigated the impact of participation in trauma-related research on well-being in a sample of 219 higher education students. We created five conditions that exposed participants to questions about life events. A sixth condition represented a control condition. Exposure conditions varied according to whether they contained yes/no questions about events that entailed stress, stigma, trauma, or sexual violation. We operationalized well-being by measuring positive and negative affect, state anxiety, and positive reactions to research. Across exposure conditions, participants reported low levels of negative affect and generally positive reactions immediately after participation. The most negative and least positive responses followed exposure conditions that contained questions about stressful events and sexual violation. We discuss implications of our findings for ethics review board practices.  相似文献
