地理环境、特定的历史经历和社会发展进程对文化的选择 ,是民族精神形成的自然因素 ;杰出人物、宗教和国家的作用是民族精神形成的主要社会因素 ,其中国家的作用又是主导性因素 ;民族精神不是一种静态的存在和传统 ,而是随着社会的发展始终处于一种累加进步的过程之中 ,它需要不断地更新和提高。

是谁。促成了花街节从文化资源向文化资本嬗递 花街节作为花腰傣的一种传统文化，在旅游业兴起的背景下，逐渐成为了能带来各种利益的文化资本。这种从文化资源转向文化资本的过程，绝不是文化自然本性所然，而是人为建构的结果。也就是说，在花街节文化表征活动中，牵涉了各种社会关系的互动，形成了一个花街节文化表征场。

在迈向现代化的过程中,城市化是一种发展的必然趋势。城市化不仅是人口迁移、经济转型的过程,它还是一个社会文化转型的过程。地处宁夏平原南部的吴忠市是一个回族聚居区,吴忠的城市化进程对回族穆斯林的传统生活方式和宗教行为产生了一定的影响。本文通过对宁夏吴忠伊斯兰教发展现状的实地调查,考察吴忠回族伊斯兰教在城市化进程中出现的一些新的变化和去向,探讨吴忠回族伊斯兰文化在城市化进程中的调适和发展问题。     

马克思主义与中国传统文化的相通性

马克思主义作为一种无产阶级革命理论与中国传统文化之间存在许多的差异性,中国传统文化是在历经长时间封建时期发展的基础上不断形成的,马克思主义则是在高度发达的资本主义的前提下所形成的一种无产阶级思想观念,属于一种实践性的思维方式.可是,在人类生活与生产相同性的影响下,文化必定有着极大的相同性.为此,马克思主义与中国传统文化正因上述的相同性,在某种程度上消除了人民群众在马克思主义思想接受的过程当中必然会有思想认知上的不同,这便为人们在接受马克思主义过程中提供了心理基础条件,促使马克思主义与中国传统文化理论达到了一种吻合状态.本文针对马克思主义与中国传统文化的相通性开展论述,望能对大家有一定的参考价值.     

中国传统文化创意产品开发策略与模式研究 ——由"故宫文创"到"达州巴文化开发"

传统文创产品开发火热,以"故宫文创"为代表的一批基于传统文化进行开发的文创产品不断涌现.单霁翔先生曾在采访中说"对于文创,我们悟的比较晚."文创开发热潮展现了传统文化的发展活力和强大的市场发展潜力,但在传统文化文创产品开发过程中还存在很多问题,如:文化资源整合不完整;文化元素提炼不深入,创新性不足,同质化严重等.解决文创产品开发过程中存在的问题是当下促进文创产品发展的关键,本文对传统文创产品概念和产品特点进行界定,简析"故宫文创""达州巴文化"案例,综合分析当下对传统文化文创产品开发环节的策略要求,对传统文化文创产品的开发基本模式进行探究.     

传统文化与服装设计创新的整合

服装设计是一种具有特色的艺术类别,在发展传播中不断吸收中国传统文化的净化.我国传统文化在交流传播中成为服装设计师展示中国服装文化艺术的重要元素.但是现阶段我国服装设计师在应用传统文化因素进行艺术创作的时候往往会忽视传统文化,或者在对传统文化继承的过程中存在缺乏创新的问题.为了更好地促进我国服装设计发展,需要有关人员对如何更好地实现传统文化和服装设计进行整合进行策略分析.

布迪厄用"实践"调和了传统人类学有关结构与行为、文化与人之间的二元对立观.以实践理论考察社会文化现象,布迪厄提出了"文化再生产"理论,认为文化处于一个不断的生产、再生产过程中,并在这一过程中发展变迁.用布迪厄的文化再生产理论分析旅游开发背景下的文化变迁现象,可以使我们得到许多启发.     

民族院校蒙古族大学生英语学习与文化认同——以内蒙古民族大学蒙古族英语专业学生为个案

本文通过问卷及访谈,对内蒙古民族大学蒙古族英语专业学生进行了调查研究.探讨学习英语之后,他们的母语文化认同及英语文化认同状况.调查表明内蒙古民族大学蒙古族英语专业学生这一群体在风俗、饮食习惯等方面保留、传承了自己的母语文化传统;认同本民族文化身份.同时,他们在学习英语的过程中也逐渐接受了英语文化中的一些行为模式、思维方式.总之,在语言学习和文化传承及保护方面,对母语文化及英语文化的认同均持非常肯定的态度.     

少数民族传统体育文化的传承发展研究——以黑龙江省为例

少数民族在其历史发展过程中,逐渐形成了各具特色的民族传统文化,体育文化是其民族传统文化的重要组成部分;研究少数民族的传统体育文化,对保护他们的民族文化遗产,促进我国体育文化的多元发展具有重大意义.

W.E.B. Du Bois and the ideology or anthropological discourse of modernity: the African Union reconsidered

Pan-Africanism is usually considered a progressive movement for black socio-political and economic advancement. This focus on activism alone sometimes occludes the profound philosophical issues that inform Pan-Africanist discourse. The last decade has witnessed tremendous changes in the ideological posture of the African Union (AU) as reflected in the change of name from the Organization of African Unity (OAU). This paper explores the historical and philosophical contexts for understanding the agenda of the African Union and highlights the consequences of such an agenda. The paper argues that the establishment of the African Union conforms to certain aspects of W.E.B. Du Bois's philosophy of Pan-Africanism that focuses on economic self reliance, at the same time that it uses Du Bois as a template for critiquing the neoliberal economic dispensation of the African Union implemented through its program, the New Partnership for Africa's Development. This it accomplishes with its emphasis on Du Bois's critique and skepticism of modernism and Western philanthropy.

从20世纪80年代末开始,中国民族主义研究再一次在美国中国学界广泛开展起来,呈现出多元化的特征.美国学界关注的主要问题有中国革命中的民族主义问题、中国政治中的民族主义问题、中国地方民族主义问题、中国文化中的民族主义问题、中国社会中的民族主义问题、中国经济中的民族主义问题等.     

Caste,kinship and the realisation of ‘American Dream’: high-skilled Telugu migrants in the U.S.A.

ABSTRACT

Literature on the Indian diaspora domiciled in the U.S.A. largely portrays the group as educated, highly skilled migrants in pursuit of their American Dream, without critically engaging with the regionally particularised migration trajectories that predispose only certain groups to become skilled migrants from the global South to the North. Migration studies bracket skilled migrants as those who make rational choices and choose formal routes to migrate whereas unskilled migrants often rely on informal channels of kinship or ethnicity to migrate. Unsettling this proposition, in this article, based on an ethnographic study of the high-skilled Telugu professionals in the U.S.A. and their families living in Coastal Andhra, India, I show how aspirational and topographical migration pathways from Coastal Andhra to the U.S.A. are created and sustained through networks of kinship, caste and endogamous transnational marriage alliances. These high-skilled migrants (doctors, engineers and scientists) from the dominant castes have successfully manoeuvred spatial mobility and social upward mobility by utilising ‘caste capital’ within a transnational social field. Moreover, decades of migration from the dominant castes have shaped a caste-inflected transnational habitus among its members who see migration of their youth to the U.S.A. as desirable, and at times, also inevitable.

象雄语医学文献I.O.755试析

象雄语医学写卷Ⅰ.O.755出自敦煌莫高窟藏经洞,是目前所知最古老的象雄语医学文献实物.该文献正文共有120行42段,是用邬坚体藏文字母转写的.文章通过对该写卷字母、符号、书写,以及构词规则、句子结构等方面的初步分析,对写卷的特征作了全面的介绍,并排除梵、藏语文写本的可能性,倾向于认同其为象雄语写本.将其中部分词语与梵、藏语药名对比后,初步推断出写本中部分语词是药物名称,进而推测出写本中重复出现的部分词、句的含义.由此初步认定,该写本是包括41组医方的象雄语医药文献.     

The public and the private in guestworker schemes: examples from Malaysia and the U.S.

While discussions of state involvement in migration generally focus on restriction, states are actively involved in the promotion of labour migration through guestworker programmes, among other examples. While these programmes are state-sponsored, they often rely heavily on private actors in order to function. Drawing on the examples of the H-2 visa in the United States and the recruitment of foreign workers to Malaysia, this paper examines the common elements of state direction of migration combined with a focus on temporariness and an outsourcing of recruitment and supervision that are present in both guestworker schemes. In drawing on the geographically, economically, and politically distinct contexts of the U.S. and Malaysia we look to how these schemes contain a mixture of state and private authority which permits an especially potent form of control over the lives of guestworkers that is greater than what either state or private actors could produce individually. Such control raises important questions about the nature of public/private governance within migration more broadly.
