正认知访谈是一种验证问卷质量的方法。通过认知访谈,可以发现被试在回答问题的过程中遇到的问题,从而发现导致这些问题的问卷设计缺陷。通过它还可以了解被试理解、思考和回答问题的方式,以及在这个过程中有可能遇到的困难。通过比较被试处理问题的方式和研究人员预想的处理方式的差别,可以优化各种使用提问方式收集数据的研究方法中的问题结构和语词使用,从而提高问卷的信度和效度。  相似文献

笔者以胜任特征理论为研究依据,分析了国内外有关胜任特征的研究文献,总结出构建胜任特征模型的方法主要有,行为事件访谈法、问卷调查法、职位分析法等。运用问卷调查法,收集了来自全国各地涉及七个行业、十几个工程师种类的素质数据,并使用SPSS18.0统计软件进行因子分析,构建出现代工程师通用胜任特征模型包括七项特质:工作态度、个性品质、思维特征、注重秩序与精确、知识与技能、问题解决能力、英语能力。  相似文献

运用文献法及访谈法收集条目,采用问卷调查法收集数据,并用探索性因素分析及方差分析对数据进行处理,首次在中国情境下采用实证方法探讨工作场所无礼行为的结构。研究结果表明,工作场所无礼行为由孤立疏远、背后造谣、敌意对待、侵犯隐私及滥用权力5个维度构成;雇员在遭受无礼行为时受性别、年龄、职务及学历的影响。  相似文献

选取286名企业知识员工进行实证调查,运用文献法、访谈法及开放式问卷收集题项,并采用问卷调查法进行预试,对数据进行项目分析,探索并验证知识员工创新绩效的结构维度。研究结果表明,知识员工创新绩效包含创新行动和创新效果2个维度。其中,创新行动由提出创新想法或方案、应用新技术、总结工作诀窍等要素构成,创新效果由创新成果、应用和成效构成。  相似文献

利用开放式问卷调查、关键事件访谈等方法,设计创新人才胜任力调查量表,从人才供应—需求视角出发,对我国一些研究型大学、科研院所和科技型企业进行调研。基于此,运用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,构建了由27个胜任特征项目构成创新知识、创新品德、创新能力、创新精神、创新人格五大胜任力维度的创新人才胜任力结构模型。该模型具有良好的信度和效度,丰富了胜任力理论体系,为大学、企业等组织创新人才选拔、培养和评价工作提供决策参考。  相似文献

The purpose of the study was to assess the reliability and validity of the Collett-Lester Fear of Death Scale in a Nigerian population. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among medical students using the Collett-Lester fear of death questionnaire, demographic variables were also obtained. A total of 175 students completed the questionnaire. Reliability score was good and convergent validity was also good. By integrating literature on proactive behavior, in particular voice behavior theory, with the attention-based view of the firm, we examine how the use of a set of initiative selling tactics influences the acceptance of subsidiary initiatives by MNC headquarters. The findings suggest that the initiative selling tactics that matter most for the headquarters acceptance of subsidiary initiatives are related to proactive efforts such as the preparation and the packaging of the subsidiary initiative. The paper contributes to academia and practice by providing a richer understanding of proactive behavior among subsidiaries in terms of the “voice tactics” used to get their subsidiary initiatives recognized and accepted by headquarters. The study uses data from a questionnaire survey of 110 MNC subsidiaries and qualitative interview data.  相似文献

在创建和谐社会的进程中,消费者的社会责任日益受到政府和公众的重视.在文献回顾的基础上,界定社会责任消费行为的概念,结合深入访谈的结果初步形成这一概念的构成维度,通过大规模问卷调查建立中国消费者SRCB-China量表.研究发现,社会责任消费行为由9个维度构成,即保护环境、节约能源、保护动物、监督企业和维权、支持企业的负责任行为、抵制企业的反责任行为、支持中小企业、适度消费、支持国货.数据显示,SRCB-China量表具有较好的内部一致性信度、内容效度、收敛效度、区别效度和校标效度.  相似文献

This paper extends understanding of the role of the advocate in the implementation of Operations Research/Management Science models in governmental agencies. The first part of this paper presents and analyzes the data resulting from interviews with 39 criminal justice agencies regarding the model implementation process. The interview data indicated that the advocate performed important problem-solving and mediation functions needed to introduce the technology. The second part of this paper provides a case study describing an advocate's successful introduction of a Patrol Car Allocation Model (PCAM) in the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. To assess the overall effectiveness of their implementation strategy, the project team conducted a questionnaire attitudinal survey of lieutenants, sergeants and officers in two of the pilot stations prior to PCAM implementation and after staffing changes. Overall, the attitude of the respondents was more favorable at the time of the second survey. The analysis of the interviews and the PCAM case study suggests a simple normative model for enhancing the chances of successful implementation of Operations Research/Management Science models.  相似文献

Decades of questionnaire and interview studies have revealed various leadership behaviors observed in successful leaders. However, little is known about the actual behaviors that cause those observations. Given that lay observers are prone to cognitive biases, such as the halo effect, the validity of theories that are exclusively based on observed behaviors is questionable. We thus follow the call of leading scientists in the field and derive a parsimonious model of leadership behavior that is informed by established psychological theories. Building on the taxonomy of Yukl (2012), we propose three task-oriented behavior categories (enhancing understanding, strengthening motivation and facilitating implementation) and three relation-oriented behavior categories (fostering coordination, promoting cooperation and activating resources), each of which is further specified by a number of distinct behaviors. While the task-oriented behaviors are directed towards the accomplishment of shared objectives, the relation-oriented behaviors support this process by increasing the coordinated engagement of the team members. Our model contributes to the advancement of leadership behavior theory by (1) consolidating current taxonomies, (2) sharpening behavioral concepts of leadership behavior, (3) specifying precise relationships between those categories and (4) spurring new hypotheses that can be derived from existing findings in the field of psychology. To test our model as well as the hypotheses derived from this model, we advocate the development of new measurements that overcome the limitations associated with questionnaire and interview studies.  相似文献

The mental models approach, a leading strategy to develop risk communications, involves a time‐ and labor‐intensive interview process and a lengthy questionnaire to elicit group‐level risk perceptions. We propose that a similarity ratings approach for structural knowledge elicitation can be adopted to assist the risk mental models approach. The LinkIT game, inspired by games with a purpose (GWAP) technology, is a ludic elicitation tool designed to elicit group understanding of the relations between risk factors in a more enjoyable and productive manner when compared to traditional approaches. That is, consistent with the idea of ludic elicitation, LinkIT was designed to make the elicitation process fun and enjoyable in the hopes of increasing participation and data quality in risk studies. Like the mental models approach, the group mental model obtained via the LinkIT game can hence be generated and represented in a form of influence diagrams. In order to examine the external validity of LinkIT, we conducted a study to compare its performance with respect to a more conventional questionnaire‐driven approach. Data analysis results conclude that the two group mental models elicited from the two approaches are similar to an extent. Yet, LinkIT was more productive and enjoyable than the questionnaire. However, participants commented that the current game has some usability concerns. This presentation summarizes the design and evaluation of the LinkIT game and suggests areas for future work.  相似文献
