现代外国哲学第四次全国讨论会综述

<正> 一九八六年八月一月至八日在贵阳召开了现代外国哲学第四次全国讨论会,会议的议题是“现代外国哲学与马克思主义”。会议探对了现代外国哲学与马克思主义哲学的关系、现代外国哲学科学与人文主义两大思潮的具体演变和发展的若干问题、当代西方哲学最新的发展动向和理论趋势、现代外国哲学研究的学科建设和如何进一步使学科深化等。会议指出,为了建设有中国特色的社会主义,我们必须科学地批评、吸取、开发当代人类文明发展的最新成果、吸取和开发现代西方哲学中一切合理的、有价值的东西。有人提出现代西方哲学与马克思主义的同时代性观点,即二者都对于社会经济、政治、科学、文化等提出的问题作出概括总     

隐性福利泛滥的成因、危害及治理对策探析

由于公职人员福利制度不健全、行政垄断大量存在、违规成本偏低以及监督制约机制缺失等原因，使得隐性福利广泛存在于我国公共部门。隐性福利的泛滥会导致收入分配不公、破坏社会公平、形成分利集团、造成国有资产流失和损害政府部门公信力等严重后果。国家应该采取一系列措施，如完善公职人员福利制度、打破行政垄断、加大对隐性福利问题的惩罚力度和发展现代民主政治等，以改变当前隐性福利泛滥的现状，从而促进社会的和谐与发展。     

我国经济基础的转型与道德重建

本文认为，我国的经济改革是经济基础的一次深刻转型。在劳动交换关系上是从国家统制的半自然经济转向市场配置的现代商品经济，在劳动占有关系上是从单一的、国家垄断的公有制转向以分散、独立的公有制为主的多元占有制。经济基础的转型决定了我国的道德观念形态必须重建。作者指出，我国原有道德观念形态的核心实质上是国家统制观念，主要倾向是对个人自主性的排斥和对服从国家统制的强调。其所造成的负面后果是社会成员中出现的依附人格和双重人格。文章强调，在社会主义市场经济条件下，个人、群体、社会和国家等不同社会利益的高度整合和集体精神的基础是契约性机制，是个体的独立和自由。对道德传统的继承和道德理想的坚持，都必须以适应市场经济和现代社会生活为前提。

文艺美学在1980年代伴随"美学热"的出现并非完全是理论的孤立现象,而是在艺术自律、审美独立视域中与政治意识形态"对抗"的结果;此种意义不单单是局限于审美性、体验性等学科的框架体系,更是处在中国古典资源、西方现代资源以及中国现代美学探索的历史"合力场"之中。从外在的视角而言,社会学视野和政治意识形态对抗构成了文艺美学的生成机制;从内在的视角而言,从中国古典到西方现代的美学理论知识学谱系构成了学科建构的"两大支点"。从社会学诉求到知识学资源,文艺美学构建了崭新的中国式美学样态,获得了自身合法化存在的价值与面向历史的动力。     

“职业生涯规划教育”在高中英语教学中的渗透

高中英语的教学内容，除了能引导学生进行文化知识的学习，也能在潜移默化中影响学生的自我认知。教师通过英语教学对学生进行职业规划教育，将英语学科与职业规划结合。这要求教师善于发现教材中蕴含职业规划的内容，并将其反馈到课堂上，根据学生的身心发展及个人兴趣来具体教学。一方面帮助学生形成独立的职业规划，明确自身的职业偏好。另一方面，为了更好实现学生的自我认知，在英语教学中进行学科教育，打好文化基础才能实现个人目标。

知识社会学认为，科学与常识无异并源于常识，应从常识出发对科学活动进行社会学分析。从社会的日常分类出发，社会科学可以分为普遍性学科、专门性学科和综合性学科等类型。在这种分类中，蕴涵着社会科学研究的综合和分化之间的紧张关系。对这种紧张关系的不同解读，决定了人们对社会科学研究前景的不同态度。

Academization of social work in Sweden and China

All professions with claims to status and trustworthiness must build a knowledge base of their own. This article is the product of over 10 years of study of social work research. It explores the academization of Swedish social work according to three phases: the establishment of a social work discipline, the consolidation of the discipline, and the challenges ahead. It also examines the challenges facing doctoral research in the social work discipline in China. The establishment of the discipline depends on stakeholders both within the academic sphere and outside it. Social work is a discipline that must achieve legitimacy in both the academic context and the political/professional context.

Social work research and its dependence on practice

The state of the art in social work research indicates major difficulties concerning the knowledge basis of the discipline. This article aims to contribute to the discourse on the nature of social work research as a scientific activity. The starting-point is the philosophy of science developed within the realist approach. It is argued that knowledge is primarily gained through activity in attempting to change social reality and through communication with other people. Knowledge is also recognized as knowing how to do something. The character of the social work knowledge may particularly be understood within the frame of reference presented by the realist approach. The history of the ideas of social work demonstrates the importance of understanding the interplay between theory and practice in social work. The article attempts to delimit the provisional borders of social work research. A model of social work research fields is presented.     

Psychological Research and Public Policy: Bridging the Gap

Opportunities for communicating psychological findings beyond the discipline are limited and often under-rewarded. In this article, we discuss reasons why psychological research often fails to be communicated beyond the discipline, and we provide suggestions for what needs to be changed in order to bridge this gap. Specifically, we identify barriers to communicating beyond the discipline, and we note that more effectively and broadly disseminating knowledge requires a different style than conveying information within the profession. We further illustrate how psychology offers unique perspectives and information that are of considerable value to lay audiences and policy makers. We conclude by articulating the potential benefits for society and psychology of efforts and venues whose explicit intention is to understand social problems and inform policy through the psychological study of social issues.     

对广场文化的美学探讨

广场文化是以群众文化为基础,以专业文化为引导,以人民群众为主体,以满足自身的精神生活和知识需求为目的的社会文化现象。它是广大人民群众对现实生活审美体验的艺术结晶,并与人们的理想、道德、情操、文化知识、审美趣味、创造能力等个体素质相联系,因此,广场文化的本质是美。广场文化的美学特征表现为活动本身的广泛性、活动内容的丰富性与风格的多样性;广场文化的美育特征表现为鲜明的时代性、审美客体内容的通俗性、审美主体与审美客性的相容性。把握这些特征,充分发挥其美育作用,对培养适应社会主义现代化要求的一代又一代有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的公民具有重要的现实意义。     

从工具到范式：假设检验争议的知识社会学反思

统计工具的建构与运用不能脱离知识生产的情境脉络,其中渗透着建构者和运用者的个人主张与其所在学科的整体价值追求。原假设显著性检验是社会科学实证研究中最为常用的假设检验方法,其流行并非因为方法论本身的精确无误,而在于它虽存有争议并因此招致严厉批评,但仍简洁有效地满足了研究者追求知识的客观性与确定性、以期将自身所在的学科塑造为一门科学分支的主观期待。因此,这一方法就从一个普通的统计工具上升为一种学科范式,起到了收敛学科的精神指向、提供模式化的解题方法、从而实现学科内部知识较快发展的功能。     

人口、资源与环境经济学学科的新发展

文章结合人口、资源与环境经济学学科的发展及学科体系建设的回顾和评价,对本学科及相关学科的最新进展进行了初步的概括和评述,对学科进一步的发展提出了一些建议,特别是建议应围绕绿色GDP、贸易与环境、企业环境管理、循环经济和节约型社会等重大理论与现实问题开展实证研究,以丰富人口、资源与环境经济学的理论基础。

‘Social Policy & Administration’ is the oldest British social policy journal. This article charts its evolution over the last 40 years in the wider context of British social policy. It presents a timeline of the journal and discipline, an analysis of articles in the journal, and presents its most‐cited articles and most‐published authors. It uses this material to inform some impressions of the journal and discipline.     

Notes Regarding Labor Discipline

The Twenty-sixth Party Congress indicated the need for substantial improvement in labor discipline, routines, and organization in production as a necessary condition for successfully fulfilling plans for economic and social development and for further bettering the well-being of the Soviet people. It called for the complete and rational use of working time in every sector of production and in the service sphere. It called for the broader use of material and moral forms of influencing violators of discipline and for the decisive eradication of conciliatory, liberal attitudes toward them.     

Different ways of knowing a child and their relations to mother‐reported autonomy support

We considered how different forms of child knowledge (i.e., mothers’ reports of taking their child's perspective, their accurate knowledge in the form of precise predictions of their child's ratings regarding distress/comforting and compliance/discipline situations, and their perceived knowledge) are differentially associated with mother‐reported autonomy support (i.e., providing meaningful rationales, providing choice, and acknowledging feelings; Koestner, Ryan, Bernieri, & Holt, 1984 ). Mothers and their children (141 dyads, M = 11 years old at Time 1) participated in a two‐wave longitudinal study with assessments made two years apart. The only form of knowledge that predicted changes in autonomy support was perspective‐taking. Autonomy support, in turn, indirectly predicted changes in distress/comforting accuracy through child‐reported self‐disclosure and directly predicted changes in perceived knowledge. These findings underline the importance of differentiating among forms of child knowledge in the study of socialization processes.
