互联网自兴起至今逐步影响着人们的生活，而网络经营、购物在日常生活中也开始日渐普及，高校学生利用电子商务开展经营活动，成为大学生网商，并逐渐形成高校校园的一个特殊创业群体。本次调研针对大学生网商相对活跃的浙江省高校开展，通过对大学生网商认知及行为的调查，分析在校大学生通过网络经商的利弊得失．探讨规范大学生网络经商行为的途径，提出通过网络经商有效促进大学生素质拓展和创新创业的对策。

家庭社会资本对大学生农村就业意愿的影响

家庭是影响大学生农村就业的一个重要因素，因而家庭社会资本与大学生农村就业行为有密切的关系。家庭社会资本对大学生去农村的就业意愿、最低工资价位和职业选择的影响显著。母亲的受教育程度、家庭年收入越高，大学生去农村的就业意愿越高，大学生去农村的最低心理工资价位越高；父母的受教育程度越高，大学生去农村更愿意选择从政。     

大学生创业意愿的调查与分析

大学生就业是当前社会普遍关注的热点与焦点,对大学生进行创业教育,培养大学生的创新精神,加强对大学生创业的积极引导与鼓励,把大学生培养成未来职业的创造者,成为有创业能力的新人,是高校义不容辞的责任。对809名大学生的创业意愿调查发现,不同层次学生对创业信息、创业环境、创业教育有不同需求。应通过建立合理的创业服务体系,有效刺激大学生的创业意愿,使大学生创业意愿整体增强,并重点激励高活跃创业意愿向创业行为的转化。     

The compelling urge to misbehave: Do impulse purchases instigate unethical consumer behavior?

The present research explores the relationship between impulse buying and unethical consumer behavior. This work is based on the surprising results of an unrelated study, during which we observed that participants shopping for impulse products were more likely to cheat to obtain a more expensive product than participants shopping for regular products. Based on these findings and building on previous research on the relationship between impulsiveness and delinquency, three studies were set up to test the impact of impulse buying on different forms of unethical consumer behavior. The results confirmed that consumers making an impulse purchase were more likely to behave unethically than consumers making a regular purchase. These findings illustrate there is a dark side to impulse buying for retailers.     

大学生领导力发展的影响因素研究

目前,学术界虽然对大学生领导力还没有完全统一的定义,但是在对价值观对大学生领导力作用上的认识上却十分一致。价值观被视为大学生领导力发展的核心。价值观之所以重要至此,是因为领导过程是一个影响别人的过程,领导者比其追随者更有权力,因此要对他们影响追随者的方式承担巨大的道义责任。领导者在建立组织的伦理氛围中扮演了关键角色,这也要求他们能特别敏锐地察觉他们所推崇的价值观和理念。所以价值观是大学生领导力发展关键的部分,在大学生领导力的发展中起到统领作用,有抱负的领导者需要发展伦理思考能力、批判性分析道德的能力、整合不同价值观传统的能力、沟通能力和与下属建立信任的能力。     

The Impact of Living in Co-ed Resident Halls on Risk-taking Among College Students

Abstract

Objective: Although previous research has suggested that college housing impacts student behavior and outcomes, recent research linking college housing to risk-taking has been limited. In this study, we investigate if patterns of risk behavior differ based on the type of college housing environment students reside in. Participants: This study utilizes 510 college students living in on-campus college housing. Methods: Students were recruited from 5 college sites across the United States. Participants responded to survey items online that measured current risk-taking behaviors such as binge drinking and sexual activity. Results: After controlling for an assortment of demographic and psychological variables, results indicated that students living in co-ed housing were more likely than students living in gender-specific housing to binge drink and consume alcohol, have more permissive sexual attitudes, and have more recent sexual partners. Conclusions: On-campus housing environments impact college student risk behaviors. Implications are discussed in light of the decline of in loco parentis on most college campuses.     

Financial Behaviors and Financial Well-Being of College Students: Evidence from a National Survey

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between financial behaviors and financial well-being of college students when controlling demographic and financial characteristics, financial education and financial dispositions. Data (N = 15,797) was collected from college students age 18 and over via an online survey from 15 college campuses throughout the United States during spring and fall of 2008. Results of means comparisons showed significant differences on the financial well-being level by various socioeconomic factors and financial behaviors. In addition, regression analysis showed that budgeting, saving, risky credit card behaviors, and compulsive buying were significantly related to financial well-being when controlling for demographic information, financial characteristics, financial education, and financial dispositions.     

Fair and easy: the effect of perceived fairness,effort expectancy and user experience on online slot machine gambling intention

The growth of online gambling necessitates that both marketers and regulators have a better understanding of the gambling intention of players. Perceived fairness of customers towards operators has often been raised as a concern in the industry, but it has received limited attention in research on gambling intention. Theories that seek to explain purchase intention are considered and a model is proposed that investigates the role and impact that perceived fairness and system effort expectancy have on online gambling intention together with the moderating influence of user experience. Data from 255 online gambling customers are gathered and analysed using Hayes PROCESS analyses. Results indicate that perceived fairness impacts gambling intention directly, and indirectly strengthening the effect of effort expectancy on gambling intention. However, user experience weakens both these impacts. The research provides support for the inclusion of perceived fairness in theories that consider drivers of online gambling intention. In addition, the important role that perceived fairness plays offers support for gambling regulators who in recent years have sought to promote a fairer and more transparent deal to players. Firms in the online gambling industry can also look positively at activities enhancing fairness as its promotion can also enhance their performance.

一个民族的文化通常有其系统性与适用的价值观,在当今中西文化交融的时代背景下,作为未来栋梁的大学生选择何种价值观体系,一直受到学术界的普遍关注。借鉴相关价值观研究理论,通过因子分析的方法,归纳出大学生的7个价值观类型,并揭示出大学生社会文化价值观的主要特征,即儒家思想中的进取精神得到了大学生的普遍认同,而极端功利与利己主义受到大学生的强烈排斥,大学生的"自我意识"呈现出不统一的特点,实用主义观念在大学生中广泛存在,传统价值观中的"节俭观"和"宿命论"在大学生中受到了严峻的挑战。     

网络环境下大学生思想政治教育研究

现代社会是一个信息化的时代,随着现代科技的进步、网络技术的广泛推广,网络对人们生活的影响作用越来越明显。大学生日益成为重要的网民,网络环境下,大学生思想政治教育不仅关系到大学生自身的发展,更关系到一个民族的进步。本文从网络环境下大学生思想政治教育研究的相关概念及起源和发展、面临的机遇和挑战及相应的对策三个方面进行了论述。我们应该充分利用网络环境,趋利避害加强大学生思想政治教育,提高大学生的综合素质,从而为中国特色社会主义现代化建设贡献力量。     

College Prevention: A View of Present (and Future) Web-Based Approaches

College campuses in the United States may be the most electronically "wired" environments on earth. College students use the Internet not only to write term papers and receive correspondence but also to report (and keep track of) friends' personal status, download music, view classroom lectures, and receive emergency messages. In fact, college students spend considerably more time online than the average person. In a recent survey of U.S. college students (Jones et al. 2009), nearly all respondents (94 percent) stated that they spent at least 1 hour on the Internet each day, with the main tasks including social communication, entertainment, and class work. In keeping with this trend, Web-based programs that address alcohol consumption among college students have become widely available in the United States. This sidebar provides an overview of currently available programs as well as of the advantages and disadvantages of this approach and the future outlook of Web-based programs.
