浅谈如何促进青少年的健康成长与和谐发展

近几年，青少年成长问题越来越突出，在青少年身上发生的事情层出不穷。青少年是未来社会的中间力量，社会的持续发展、持续和谐，在很大程度上取决于今天的青少年能否成为未来社会的合格成员．是否能够健康成长。

中国社会各阶层收入差距在逐渐拉大

20世纪80年代以来,随着我国居民收入分配制度改革的不断深入,社会成员在收入分配和财富积累上也开始分化。收入分配状况直接反映了一种制度设计的有效程度,由于收入分配的合理和公平与否与人们的生活水平紧密相关,因此,社会财富的分布状况会在社会系统的各个层面上产生强烈影响。

加强老年维权促进社会和谐发展

社会力量参与基层社会治理的影响因素分析——基于共建共享的视角

共建共享格局是党中央在十八届五中全会上提出的重要理念,同时确立了一种新的治理方式。社会力量参与基层社会治理不仅体现了共建共享的社会治理格局,同时对于公民参与政治生活,发挥主人翁地位具有积极推动作用。目前社会力量参与基层社会治理存在参与方式单一、参与意识薄弱、专业化程度较低等问题。对此,在分析影响社会力量参与基层社会治理的因素上提出提升社会力量参与基层社会治理的有效路径。     

寻求整合的分化:权力关系的独特作用——来自H村的一项经验研究

一个“共同富裕”的集体经济村庄却不可避免地发生了社会分化和阶层分化现象;但上述分化没有撼动村庄共同体层面的社区整合。为什么?本文通过村庄事实的呈现,试图揭示这种村庄分化中复杂的权力关系:权力既是分化的主要操纵因素,又是被分化的对象,亦是控制分化的达成共同体整合状态的重要力量。

一：和谐的城市化“量”和“质”同样重要 人们普遍认为．城市化程度是一个国家经济发达程度、现代化程度的重要标志．更是工业化水平高低的重要标志。许多人还认为城市化是解决“三农”问题的根本途径。中科院《2005：中国可持续发展战略报告》认为，当农村人口数量降到全国人口的25％以下时．劳动力人均耕地增多．农村土地达到市场化要求。土地的集约化、规模化和专业化生产将达到一定程度．农业的科技含量、服务水平和生产成本将大幅度改善．     

Music therapy: harmony for change.

1. Music can be an effective treatment modality for low-functioning clients. With psychiatric clients, music can strengthen ego, increase socialization, decrease psychotic symptoms, and increase activity. 2. In general, music was applied to manage the clients' focal, contextual, or residual stimuli. By directing the use of music at the influencing stimuli, the stimuli was removed, increased, decreased, or altered, thereby changing the clients' ineffective behavior or ability to cope. 3. The music program has proved most effective with clients diagnosed with organic brain damage, mild to moderate mental retardation, and schizoaffective disorder. It is difficult, however, to measure improvement exclusively related to the music program.     

Violent families and the rhetoric of harmony

Observing that the violent realities of family life belie the social rhetoric of harmony, most sociologists recommend 'demythologizing' the family. This paper challenges that view, arguing that social rhetoric must be analysed rather than debunked. The sense-making activities of actors who engage in violent family events are identified as a strategic site for such an analyses. The paper explores the ways in which the rhetoric of family harmony is routinely sustained and reproduced. Two kinds of supports are considered (i) macrosocial supports, which sustain family rhetoric by integrating it into a wider system of collective representations; and (ii) microsocial supports which sustain family rhetoric by embodying it in the accounts of family members.

构建社会主义和谐社会是党的十六届四中全会提出的我国当前和今后一个时期内的重要任务。“和谐社会”、“和谐发展”、“以人为本”成了媒体乃至人们交谈时使用最为频繁的词语。国家要和谐．社会要和谐，邻里与邻里、部门与部门之间要和谐，人与人、人与自然、自然与自然也要和谐，经济发展、规划编制、谈艺术、讲构图，都离不开和谐．城市空间环境的和谐当然也不例外。的确，和谐才会发展，和谐才产生美。     

Social harmony and the small firm: a reappraisal

Government, academics and the media have, over the past decade, entered fully into the spirit of ‘small business revival’. Many of the contributions to this debate, however, have taken for granted the nature of small firm employment relations. It has frequently been remarked that workers in a small firms behave in ways more compatible with the goals and interests of their employers than employees in large firms. Thus, industrial relations are assumed to be more harmonious. In support of this assertion attention is usually drawn to the relative infrequency of conflict and industrial disputes, and the absence of militant trade unionism as an indication of the small firm workers' greater commitment to the goals of the enterprise and the interests of the employer (Ingham 1970). This paper suggests that such assumptions are unwarranted and provide a potentially misleading starting point for studies of employment relations in small firms. Data from a small number of in-depth interviews with small firm personnel is used to illustrate some of the complex and contradictory processes through which capital-labour relations may be constituted within small enterprises.     

Bologna – a utopy of harmony for European higher education

20 years have passed since the Bologna declaration which has deeply changed the Higher Education System not only in Europe but worldwide. This introduction gives a tour of the contributions contained in the special issue of the journal “innovation”. It argues that soft policies proved to be a mighty instrument for catching and focussing societal change and speeding it up. The worldwide shift towards policies of national interest might therefore also slow down processes of change and modernisation.     

Out of harmony: health problems and young Native American men

Studies of the current health status of healthy young Native American men (American Indians and Alaska Natives) are rare compared with the attention researchers have given the many problems that plague the lives of these young men. Native American men are frequently not included in other studies focusing on men, and information on college-aged, healthy young Native American men is generally not readily available. Despite those drawbacks, this article brings together what is written or known about the health status of young Native American men. The emphasis, based on available information, is placed on some of the major health problems confronting this population.     

Representing harmony and diversity: media representations of multiculturalism and ethnicity in Singapore

This article investigates multiculturalism and ethnicity in Singapore. The study conducted a qualitative content analysis of articles appearing in the Straits Times newspaper over a three month period in 2010. It was found that multicultural harmony tended to be represented as unnatural, fragile, and requiring government intervention. There also tended to be a focus on distinct and fixed ethnic identities, reflecting an essentialist understanding of ethnicity. These beliefs about the nature of multiculturalism and ethnic identity were reflected in the coverage of three major social issues. These were the perceived needs to maintain the ethnic composition of Singapore’s population, efforts to prevent cultural corruption or neglect, and concerns about the impact of immigration on multicultural harmony.     

Self-care techniques for social workers: Achieving an ethical harmony between work and well-being

ABSTRACT

The prevalence of burnout in the field of social work is a significant challenge to staff retention. This paper addresses the necessity of self-care in the prevention and treatment of burnout amongst social workers. Self-care is important for social workers who wish to maintain healthy, balanced lives. It is also argued that social workers who do not practice self-care are not able to provide the best possible services to their clients. For these reasons, self-care is necessary both from an ethical and personal standpoint. Specific steps for developing an individualized self-care plan are presented. This begins with the creation of a self-inventoryutilizes the Holmes-Rahe Life Stress Inventory. This is followed by a sample of self-care techniques that social workers can use. The techniques are not meant to be an exhaustive list of all self-care practices, but rather a sample of practices from various areas of social worker’s lives to demonstrate the expansive and diverse nature of self-care.
