Estimation for Birnbaum–Saunders Distribution in Simple Step Stress–accelerated Life Test with Type-II Censoring

This paper develops the Bayesian estimation for the Birnbaum–Saunders distribution based on Type-II censoring in the simple step stress–accelerated life test with power law accelerated form. Maximum likelihood estimates are obtained and Gibbs sampling procedure is used to get the Bayesian estimates for shape parameter of Birnbaum–Saunders distribution and parameters of power law–accelerated model. Asymptotic normality method and Markov Chain Monte Carlo method are employed to construct the corresponding confidence interval and highest posterior density interval at different confidence level, respectively. At last, the results are compared by using Monte Carlo simulations, and a numerical example is analyzed for illustration.     

Diagnostics in elliptical regression models with stochastic restrictions applied to econometrics

We propose an influence diagnostic methodology for linear regression models with stochastic restrictions and errors following elliptically contoured distributions. We study how a perturbation may impact on the mixed estimation procedure of parameters in the model. Normal curvatures and slopes for assessing influence under usual schemes are derived, including perturbations of case-weight, response variable, and explanatory variable. Simulations are conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed methodology. An example with real-world economy data is presented as an illustration.     

存在哲学视野下女性生存状况探析简

对人的存在的认识是西方近代哲学的一个重要内容。文章从哲学框架中探寻文学作品中女性生命的历史沿革，从众多女性的遭际命运中提出作为“存在物”之一的女性应当具有“存在”意识，知性存在是生命的自觉，也是生命体存在的意义、价值所在。     

Cross Validation of the Gambling Problem Severity Subscale of the Canadian Adolescent Gambling Index (CAGI/GPSS) on a Sample of Ontario High School Students

This paper reports on the cross validation of the Gambling Problem Severity Subscale of the Canadian Adolescent Gambling Index (CAGI/GPSS). The CAGI/GPSS was included in a large school based drug use and health survey conducted in 2015. Data from students in grades 9–12 (ages 13–20 years) derived from the (N = 3369 students). The CAGI/GPSS produced an alpha of 0.789. A principle component analysis revealed two eigenvalues greater than one. An oblique rotation revealed these components to represent consequences and over involvement. The CAGI/GPSS indicated that 1% of the students fell into the “red” category indicating a severe problem and an additional 3.3% scored in the “yellow” category indicating low to moderate problems. The CAGI/GPSS was shown to be significantly correlated with gambling frequency (r = 0.36), largest expenditure (r = 0.37), sex (more likely to be male) (r = ?0.19), lower school marks (r = ?0.07), hazardous drinking, (r = 0.16), problem video game play (r = 0.16), as well as substance abuse. The CAGI/GPSS was cross validated using a shorted version of the short SOGS, r = 0.48. In addition the CAGI/GPSS and short SOGS produced very similar patterns of correlations results. The results support the validity and reliability of the CAGI/GPSS as a measure of gambling problems among adolescents.     

Perception of Similar and Dissimilar Lexical Tones by Non‐Tone‐Learning Infants

This study examined the perception of Mandarin lexical tones by non‐tone‐learning infants. We tested French‐learning 4‐, 8‐, and 11‐month‐olds on Tone 2 (rising) versus Tone 3 (dipping), the most acoustically similar contrast in Mandarin, and on Tone 1 (high) versus Tone 4 (falling), acoustically more dissimilar contrast. We hypothesized that sensitivity should decline with age for the similar contrast, and the dissimilar contrast should remain more discriminable. Infants were habituated to one tone and tested with the same tone versus the contrastive tone. Results showed that the dissimilar T1–T4 contrast was consistently discriminated by all three ages, whereas the discrimination of the similar T2–T3 contrast revealed a tendency to decline over the ages. These results suggest that relative to consonants and vowels, perceptual sensitivity to lexical tones remains stronger in non‐tone‐learning infants. Discrimination of lexical tones is affected by both acoustic salience and perceptual attunement to the native‐language phonology.

制定和实施重点产业的振兴规划,是我国应对国际金融危机实施一揽子计划中的又一重大举措.政府为什么会选择这些产业作为重点?本文采用灰色关联度理论,分析产业发展与经济增长之间的关联度,证明这些重点产业对国民经济的发展确实具有举足轻重的地位.重点产业振兴应坚持近期和中长期相结合、扩大内需与振兴产业相结合、产业振兴与科技创新相结合.     

论后工业化背景下的意识形态建设——兼评张康之教授的"合作意识形态"

后工业化是人类社会的一场深刻的历史转型,它同时也意味着工业社会意识形态以及在意识形态上的争论和冲突的终结.张康之教授在其新著<行政伦理的观念与视野>中根据后工业化的现实提出了一种意识形态的替代方案,那就是建构合作意识形态.张康之教授要求把合作作为意识形态的核心要素来认识,认为合作意识形态是合作型信任文化的组成部分.显然,这一建构合作意识形态的想法是一种理论创新.工业社会两种制度并存条件下的意识形态冲突持续了一个多世纪,"苏东事件"后,西方学者以为资产阶级意识形态将征服全球而大获全胜.张康之教授的意识形态理论实际上是在指出,后工业来临也是资产阶级意识形态的终结,也表明全新的合作意识形态的兴起.其实,合作意识形态是对马克思主义和中国传统文化的继承和发展,解决了全球化、后工业化背景下的意识形态重建问题.     

中华民族伟大的“甲子”:新中国60年

新中国60年,我国发生了历史巨变,可从十二个方面进行概括。60年可分为两个时期,从新中国成立到党的十一届三中全会以前的29年为社会主义革命和建设时期,从十一届三中全会以来的31年为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期。简单地说,为两个"30年"。这两个"30年"的历史发展有很大差别。对两个"30年"要作辩证比较,总的来说,前"30年"为后"30年"奠定了根本政治前提和制度基础;后"30年"是前"30年"的历史延续、校正方向和创新性发展。新中国60年发展的历史经验:坚持实事求是思想路线,是新中国发展进步的根本指南;坚持建设中国特色社会主义,为新中国发展进步指明了方向;坚持"一个中心,两个基本点"的基本路线,是新中国发展进步的正确政治路线;建立社会主义市场经济,为新中国发展进步选择了建设社会主义的正确经济体制和机制;提出科学发展观为新中国发展进步,探索到正确的发展理念,总结出正确的发展规律。     

“五四”精神的内在本质和现代传承

“五四”精神由两个层面的内容构成。第一层面是“五四”精神的内在本质，主要由“五四”精神的核心点与精髓构成；第二层面是“五四”精神的外在表现形式，主要包括不怕困难顽强斗争的精神、改革创新的精神、与为民精神等。在全面落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的新的历史时期，应结合时代的变化，从“五四”精神的上述两个方面入手．切实发扬传承好这份宝贵的精神遗产。
