审美主客论是王夫之哲学认识论在审美领域的贯注 ,具有极强的理论生长性。它以“情”“景”之双向互通关系为根基 ,又以“景中情”“情中景”“大景中小景”之范畴为枝干 ,向下深掘而紧抓“现量” ,向上伸展而直入“神理” ,从而建构起一个较完整的诗学体系 ,对审美活动本体内蕴进行了深刻的揭示

Modern language teaching' especially English teaching as a foreign language, is now based on two fundamen tal approaches-traditional one with the teacher-dominated and the new emerging one with the learner-centered. This paper is a study of the survey of Chinese students regarding the attitudes of the two approaches on English learning. The conclusion of the research is positive on the new emerging approach of English learning by Chinese students.     

当前我国的融资收缩及应对政策

融资是现代经济运转的必要条件。近年来 ,我国经济运行中出现融资收缩。这是生产能力阶段性过剩和微观机制变化的综合反映 ,主流是健康的 ,但也有负面影响。自 1998年以来我国出台的多项政策措施具有明显的克服融资收缩负面效应的特点 ,效果是好的。未来一些年份 ,我们应围绕经济体制和经济增长方式“双转变”安排宏观经济调控 ,既保证经济的较快增长 ,又不能失之过松。从短期考虑 ,一要保持较大的国债发行力度 ,二要处理好防范金融风险和增加贷款的关系 ;从长期考虑 ,则应顺应形势发展 ,搞好财政、金融改革 ,积极发展金融市场

研究了远程大气自动监测网络的信道、抗干扰和信号和与信道的匹配问题，介绍了该监测网的设计，讨论了远程设备的自动控制，以及远程通讯，可靠性等问题。     

The Bayes rule of the variance parameter of the hierarchical normal and inverse gamma model under Stein's loss

For the variance parameter of the hierarchical normal and inverse gamma model, we analytically calculate the Bayes rule (estimator) with respect to a prior distribution IG (alpha, beta) under Stein's loss function. This estimator minimizes the posterior expected Stein's loss (PESL). We also analytically calculate the Bayes rule and the PESL under the squared error loss. Finally, the numerical simulations exemplify that the PESLs depend only on alpha and the number of observations. The Bayes rules and PESLs under Stein's loss are unanimously smaller than those under the squared error loss.     

Statistical analysis of dependent competing risks model in accelerated life testing under progressively hybrid censoring using copula function

This article considers statistical analysis of dependent competing risks model from Weibull distribution in accelerated life testing, in which copula function is used to examine the dependence structure between competing failure modes. We derive the maximum likelihood estimates, the approximate, and Bootstrap confidence intervals of the parameters. The effects of different dependence structures on the estimates of parameters are investigated. The simulation is given to compare the performance of the estimates when the competing failure modes are dependent with those when the failure modes are independent. Finally, one dataset was used for illustrative purpose in conclusion.     

环境公共治理政策的效果评价与优化组合研究

本文构建了包含环境治理体系的动态一般均衡模型,基于模型的研究发现,在经济增长方面生产者补贴较为有效;而技术研发补贴在技术进步中的作用十分显著,其通过“研发投入→绿色技术提升→降低污染物排放”的路径可以实现环境质量的改善.此外,本文还模拟了生产者补贴和技术研发补贴的政策组合对社会福利和污染排放的影响,结果显示,政府可以采用生产者价格补贴或技术研发补贴促进产出水平增长进而提高社会福利水平,同时增大生产者价格补贴和技术研发补贴的幅度则能够通过提高技术水平促使污染水平不断下降.最后,本文给出了社会福利增进与环境质量改善双重目标下生产补贴和技术研发补贴政策的可行性区域,进行了环境公共治理政策的优化组合研究.     

关于含参变量无穷积分的绝对一致收敛的注记

本文从一个反例 ,证明了即使∫∞af(x ,t)dt绝对收敛且一致收敛 ,但不能推出∫∞a |f(x ,t) |dt一致收敛。     

“效率优先、兼顾公平”的税收影响

在税收的效率、公平两原则中，我国强调的是前者，效率优先、兼顾公平。1994年的税制改革选择增值税为主体税种，体现了效率优先；而税收调节收入功能的弱化则说明对税收公平原则的背离；我国宏观税负呈下降趋势和强调效率原则有关，因此宏观税负的下降是经济增长付出的代价。
