反对学术虚无主义——驳李涛和邬志辉的“不可断然拒绝‘平庸'”论

以“可能导致的‘平庸’合法性认同”来论证“学术不可断然拒绝‘平庸’”,在逻辑上是荒谬的.“不可断然拒绝平庸”必然助长大小“学霸”们的恶行.我们反对过分注重“形式合理性”或者“形式合法性”,但并不可以一概反对“形式合理性”或者“形式合法性”.我们应该坚决拒绝“学霸”和完全形式化的学术评价机制,而不是拒绝“断然拒绝平庸”和必要的学术形式.“学术不可断然拒绝‘平庸’”的观点及其论说,其实是在倡导“学术虚无主义”.当下不良学术生态的形成,“学霸”和满足于学术平庸者是沆瀣一气的“共谋”.“学术不可断然拒绝‘平庸’”的主张遗害无穷,学术界必须坚决反时“不可断然拒绝‘平庸’”的学术虚无主义.

Assessing Participation and Effectiveness of the Peer-Led Approach in Youth Sexual Health Education: Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis in More Developed Countries

Sexual health education for young people is crucial not only for development of norms but also for protection against vulnerabilities during this stage in life. Although several systematic reviews have examined the effectiveness of peer-led sex education, none have focused on the extent of peer participation. The purpose of this review was to evaluate peer-led sexual health education interventions in more developed countries (MDCs). Electronic and manual searches across five social science, education, and medical databases were conducted. Fifteen articles were selected in total. Most (10 of 15) studies gave low or no responsibility to peers. The majority of articles found improvements in sexual health knowledge (13 of 14) and attitudes (11 of 15) at postintervention stages. Two studies showed improved self-efficacy, and three showed behavioral changes. A preliminary synthesis of effectiveness and level of participation was done. Meta-analysis revealed a large effect on knowledge change (Hedges’ g = 0.84, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.43 to 1.25) and a medium effect on attitude change (Hedges’ g = 0.49, 95% CI: 0.19 to 0.80). Peer-led interventions could be a powerful tool. This review shows that this approach is effective in changing knowledge and attitudes but not behaviors. Further research and action are needed to understand optimal implementation.     

Examining identity development among gay men of color

Within the past few decades, there has been an explosion of articles examining “gay identity.” Yet, much of this work continues to center on the experiences of gay White men or fail to adequately examine the process of identity development, even when “identity” is central to the discussion. This review outlines 4 theoretical perspectives used to explore gay men of color and identity development. Taken together, these 4 perspectives can offer a rich opportunity to explore the ways that gay men of color come to develop an identity that simultaneously addresses their racial and sexual identities. I argue that examining identity development among gay men of color can help sociology better understand the identity process and provide new insights into examining intersectionality by demonstrating that identities are not only intersectional but also contextual.

新疆三区革命史研究中的几个问题

新疆三区革命是在盛世才反苏反共,对新疆各族人民实行残酷的政治迫害和经济盘剥的反动政策逼迫下,在苏联的策动组织下发生的,是反对盛世才和国民党反动统治,争取民族平等和解放的革命斗争.由于各种复杂的原因,在革命过程中发生过分裂祖国,反汉排汉的严重错误,但最终接受了中国共产党的领导,为新疆的和平解放做出了重要贡献.     

自助多水平统计模型在代际收入流动研究中的应用

文章首先对代际收入流动的相关文献进行简单回顾，在此基础上运用自助法多水平统计模型对不同年份的CHNS数据进行分析。结果表明在控制了个体属性变量后，农村家庭子女收入受户主收入影响，即表现出一定程度的代际流动性；文章的结果同时表明农村地区代际流动性不存在中部、东部以及西部之间地域上的差别。最后，文章指出研究中的一些不足之处，指出了未来研究方向。     

爱因斯坦、量子力学与道家

爱因斯坦与量子力学之间争论的实质是两种科学观的较量,而科学家至今无法对二者进行盖棺论定则源于人们对科学本质属性的困惑。科学是西方主客二元对立思想的产物,科学的发展又进一步巩固了这种对立。在这种思维模式下,很难对两种不同的科学观念进行公平审判。现代科学观遭遇的困境表明,未来的科学观必须超越传统主客对立的僵化思想。只有如此,科学理论才能达到真正的统一。在这一问题上,中国古代道家思想可以为今人提供启示。
